Great Product, But Service Needs Improvement
The product itself is excellent! I decided to buy it after talking with my friends who have been using it for more than 5 years and are very happy with it. The quality and convenience are great.
However, when I placed my order, I chose a set with two cutting grids (6×6 and 12×12). Unfortunately, I received only the 12×12 grid, plus an extra mini grid and a vegetable peeler. At that time, I was waiting for the delivery before the New Year holidays because I needed it for cooking a lot of dishes. We were also moving to a new house, so I didn’t have time to check or return the order. I thought maybe I made a mistake or missed some message from the seller.
In the end, I kept everything. The 12×12 grid is useful, and the peeler is very convenient, but the mini grid is almost not needed. Now, after checking my order history, I see that I ordered correctly, so the mistake was on your side. I hope this will not happen again because the product really deserves the highest rating.

Best Chopper out there
Best chopper. The plastic top has broken a couple of times but able to get a new one. Advice is to take out the "single prong" before the "double prong" as not to break the plastic pieces that attach it to the chopper. The black "side" rubber feet have come out and I don't seem to see those available. I just broke the black piece that helps the food that you chopped from becoming stuck. This sounds like a lot, I've had it for going on 4 years. Love it. Would only ever get his heavy duty chopper.

Don't ship through FedEx
You shipped the item through FedEx and they sent me an e-mail stating they cannot deliver my package and need a "correct" address. Why would you use a company who cannot deliver the package and why would they take on the job? Now they want YOU to change the address. FedEx will not allow me to make a change even though they requested a different address.

Excellent meal prepped
These are the only manual chopper I’d recommend. Works great. Just have to be careful removing the plastic compartment box. Feel for the correct procedure and then it’s great and quick. I got extra compartment boxes to make meal prep even quicker.

Impressive Product & Customer Service
I purchased a replacement transparent collector for my chopper. I do want to say it was totally my fault it broke. I love my chopper. It saves me so much time and makes everything the same size so it cooks all the same. I was so IMPRESSED with the shipping. I thought for sure coming from Sweden it would take a month or two but I received in a WEEK!
