Most nightmarish experience ever
My car was hit whilst parked by someone with Allianz business insurance, and the entire process has been nothing but pain and misery. They've made it as difficult as possible to get any resolution. First they valued my car as being worth less than identical models being sold literally as scrap, which I had to fight against. Then their chosen repair shop could not do aluminium work, and their only option was to either write off my car or suggest a repairer myself which I did. That repair has left my car with new damage that was not due to the accident, and now Allianz are refusing to take responsibility for that. Currently going through the ombudsman over it because Allianz will do anything but help.

It was relatively easy
It was relatively easy and straightforward to complete the application and receive a quote for my house insurance which was acceptable.

Useless company
Useless company, wrote off my car and voided my insurance and bought the car from the finance company but continue to charge me for my insurance. Impossible to speak to anyone to discuss it and no one ever come back to you on the emails or chats provided.
UPDATE: emailed as requested and still no response!
