After many phone calls regarding my claim , from January 2026, I wasn’t getting anywhere. Told exactly same thing each time. Emails were not even acknowledged.
I then contacted Theresa H, who was in the sales department. Theresa was very sympathetic and agreed the claim should not have taken this amount of time, after she had checked out the status.She did everything she could to have the claim expedited.
After almost 4 months of trying to find out more myself, the claim was completed and the cheque received, 10 days after Theresa had intervened for me. She was very sympathetic, asked lots of questions to get this done. She contacted me all through the process .
I felt very confident with her. Thank you so much Theresa.
The actual claim process was not a good experience at all, as mentioned at the start of this review, told the same story at each call, no reply to emails, a totally frustrating experience when trying to get back from cancellation insurance purchased.
