Great training

The continuity of the information provided was great. I like that you have the carriers involved in the training

After many phone calls regarding my claim , from January 2026, I wasn’t getting anywhere. Told exactly same thing each time. Emails were not even acknowledged.
I then contacted Theresa H, who was in the sales department. Theresa was very sympathetic and agreed the claim should not have taken this amount of time, after she had checked out the status.She did everything she could to have the claim expedited.
After almost 4 months of trying to find out more myself, the claim was completed and the cheque received, 10 days after Theresa had intervened for me. She was very sympathetic, asked lots of questions to get this done. She contacted me all through the process .
I felt very confident with her. Thank you so much Theresa.

The actual claim process was not a good experience at all, as mentioned at the start of this review, told the same story at each call, no reply to emails, a totally frustrating experience when trying to get back from cancellation insurance purchased.

I’ve had a really great experience with Alliance Group so far. Everyone on the team is very friendly, welcoming, and supportive. Anytime I have questions or need help, there is always someone available to respond quickly and guide me in the right direction.

The company provides a lot of valuable training resources, strategies, and support systems that truly help agents grow and improve their business. I also really appreciate the positive culture here. People are encouraging, professional, and genuinely want to see each other succeed.

Recently, I had the opportunity to join an amazing 5-star resort trip to Mexico, and it was such a wonderful experience. It was fun, well organized, and a great chance to connect with other agents and leadership.

The training met expectations in terms of both time and content.

The organization always provide great training information for their agents. I was recently on an annuity webinar that I could only attend for an hour and half. I received so much good information in a short amount of time.
