Complete home filtration

This review has come after the most recent encounter I had with this company. Firstly, I’d like to caution anyone to stay away from them. They had an amazing sales guy and it fooled me. I was wrong to just trust him.

They come and put on a show with the water and color change based on these pills they put in the water etc. It’s interesting until you actually commit to purchasing.

I purchased a whole home filtration plus a reverse ozmosis filter for under the kitchen sink.

The installation was terrible! They have made an absolute mess under my sink and have taken up 2 large cupboards due to a lack of common sense to instal the unit and tank on one side.

In mean time I went through a health battle and wasn’t capable to deal with their nonsense. When I was well again I sent them an email explaining my concerns. Someone called me back and advised me it would be 200$ to reposition the under since unit. (Which means it could’ve absolutely been initially installed properly).

Then came time to purchase filters! When I went to order all new filters, I was quoted just short of 800$ for self installation and over 1000$ for installed.

I specifically asked when I was purchasing this system how much the filters would cost and was told 250$ per year. This is absolute madness. I’ve called around to other companies and have been told that this supplier is notorious for these behaviors and they have done this to many customers.

Stay away!!!
