After hunting high and low for a dress for my friend's wedding I happened upon All Good Things in Cribbs in Bristol. The stand out thing about this shop is the amazingly attentive staff who just couldn't do enough for us. They took dresses we picked out to the changing rooms for us to try on when we were ready rather than having to carry them around while looking at others; they picked out dresses with us; and went through the whole experience as we tried different things on. They made it such a nice shopping experience, what a gem of a shop!

So lovely to discover your online store, love the product, and the customer service and beautiful packaging that is eco-friendly.

Just came back from holiday to find my order delivered. But there was only 1 earring in the box! The rest of the package was fine (one of the necklaces looked a bit disappointing compared to product images), but the missing earring is shocking!
UPDATE: Thank you for rectifying the missing earring issue (although, I would've preferred to receive the missing item, rather a refund, but at least I'm not out of pocket for missing goods 🙌🏻)

My wife purchased a dress for a wedding, last week, went to the wedding and noticed a large hole in it, had to disguise it all day, I told her that it will be fine and I'm sure that she could return it as it was a fault with the dress, hard to spot when trying it on due to the pattern my wife was extremely dissapointed as she spent good money on the dress and it was clearly not worth it, and to make matters worse the staff would not return the item as it had been worn, buyer beware, such a shame as the sale staff at the time of our purchase were great and let themselves down with returns and after sales service,

Came into store for top and left with a beautiful Kate Spade handbag.

A new company for me to purchase from. I received my items as described, within a few days. Very pleased with the overall transaction. Thankyou

My order was delivered whilst I was on holiday so I was outside the two week returns time. I had been sent a round pearl when I had asked for a pear shape. I believe there is a further postage charge of £5.50 on returned or exchanged items. I would be very careful about ordering online again.

Staff were very friendly, helpful and kind; change rooms were large and bright and clean, and I ended up spending twice my budget on a dress because she just looked so beautiful in it!

Found exactly what I’d been looking for: a long sleeved maxi dress. In my size and at a great price. Staff were really friendly and helpful, taking items to the changing rooms whilst I continued browsing.

This is a great site as all items are really affordable, you get designer products for high street prices.
