They told me to wait 3-5 or 7 days for my refund,I'm waiting until now but no yet result.. your last message was march 31!I'm just wondering why do other people can deduct money from people's acct.without the approval and giving them otp security number?That is not good..that is already stealing because deducting without otp is stealing..just by clicking some of your promos,does it already mean that I purchased or agree?the first one they take 192riyals and the 2nd one is 20riyals?!!!!

I had an issue where money was being deducted from my card automatically without my permission, and an account was created without my knowledge. After contacting the online assistant and explaining the situation, I was promised that everything would be resolved very quickly. The staff responded very promptly to my messages and resolved the issue. Thank you for that.
