Shocking scam

Shocking scam. I had an airline gift card. If I booked direct with Aer Lingus it would have cost €276.35, I used €150 of a gift card and still had to pay €209! That means my €150 gift card was only valued at €67! Plus, it is really unclear whether baggage is included.

Very deceiving….

Very deceiving….. makes it seems as if you get the vouchers immediately! What you get is an email to the recipient saying they are getting a voucher. The voucher can take up to 3 days to come.

Yet when you order it makes it seem like the voucher will be instant. Very bad…… will not use this service ever again.

And if customer service reply to this with some rubbish answer I will continue to write bad reviews….. don’t bother with a daft answer.

Absolute shambles of a system

Absolute shambles of a system. Can't use in store. Convoluted process to redeem the voucher that I still haven't understood and I seem to have to wait for them to physically send me the voucher and can't even use it online. Headache all round.

SCAM COMPANY

SCAM COMPANY. Bought a voucher for my friend and they never delivered it to her email but charged my card. Only found out because I asked her if she got it. No receipt sent, just charge your card.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Regularly fail to issue the voucher that you have purchased from them, and then they claim that it is the fault of the third party, be it Amazon, Steam, or whomsoever, and that you have to wait "up to" 7 business days for the third party to send out the voucher, which of course never arrives even if you wait much longer.
Avoid at all costs.

This is a scam

This is a scam! Bought an Amazon.co.uk voucher for someone in the UK expecting they'll be able to use that voucher to buy goods directly from Amazon. Only found out this wasn't the case in the confirmation email after buying it. This wasn't clear in the purchasing process. To use the voucher, they now have to set up an account with AllGifts.ie and buy goods through them. Why on earth would anyone in the UK buy goods from Amazon.co.uk from an Irish website?

Opinions.ie & AllGifts.ie

My Tesco vouchers were already used when I tried to use them. My most recent one was used in Tesco 4 days before I even received it. It was replaced and I did use it. But I lost well over €100 in past few years. Vouchers were through opinions.ie but they would not follow up. I will never do surveys for opinions.ie again. I do not trust them. I also do not trust AllGifts.ie. Funny business from both. Definitely best to avoid.

I will never use this service again

I will never use this service again and will recommend to my friends and family not to use it.
The process to use a gift is so long that I am sure all gifts.ie must have many vouchers unused thus a waste of money for clients.
