I am so cross with myself as I normally use trustpilot for reviews but stupidly read the reviews on this company's website. My dinosaur eggs arrived later than I wanted originally wanted for Easter, the packaging was all ripped so not off to a good start. I read the instructions and thought I would try one before showing them to my grandson hatching time is stated 12-24 on box (on their e.mail stated 7-8 anyway the egg started hatching under an hour and then by two was fully out. I sent them an e.mail and got a reply quite quickly but just stating that I had received the correct product so I sent a picture and again the same reply. Note to self check with trustpilot before I purchase.

I ordered a present for a new baby which has taken 3 weeks to come. With the result I had to buy something else for a present. I contacted Allforkids several times to see where the packet was. The tracking showed it had arrived in UK (from China) about 3 days after ordering. I finally contacted Evri who said they had located it. I had asked Allforkids to cancel the order and refund my money. They responded, ignoring my request, and saying it was on its way. I will not order from Allforkids again. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired.

Terrible experience with this company. The item arrived too late because they are from China despite the name. The item once delivered was cheap and actually looked dangerous. I wish I had read the reviews before purchasing. I’m chasing a refund but don’t hold out much hope.

Had to wait weeks for delivery and when arrived for my granddaughter was flimsy bad quality plastic. Avoid this company.

Very bad service.

It is not clear from the website that goods come from China. Delivery took ages and once it arrived it was damaged. I asked to return the good and have been told I must pay for the cost of shipping - to China!!

Absolute nightmare of a Company Do not purchase from them

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY WITH EVEN WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE. ITEMS SHIPPED I VARIOUS DIFFERENT PACKAGES FOR ONE ORDER. THE COURIERS HAVEN'T RECEIVED THE ITEMS AND THERE IS ZERO ASSISTANCE FROM CUSTOMER SERVICE. WILL HAVE TO END UP GOING THROUGH PAYPAL FOR REFUND. AVOID AND DO NOT BUY FROM THIS CHINESE COMPANY.

Ordered a rucksack 10 days ago, it isn't even sent. They have a confusing check out that had me ordering another bag without a way to go back and cancel. They did respond to my email but only to say that it is in processing (for 10 days) and that when it gets posted i will be notified and then it will take a further 10 business days to arrive. I have cancelled the order but not had notification yet

Would give 0 stars if I could. Awful quality, late delivery. Came without a box. Was going to get a refund but you have to return it to China. Thrown it in the bin. AVOID

Avoid at all costs. Item not as described at all and only 20% refund of total cost or full refund if your return it… to china! Absolutely appalling customer service as well. This is not a uk based company and the items are basically Temu quality but for more money.

Item was not as described at all. They have refused to acknowledge this despite photos comparing their advert and the product received.

Over priced compared to same item when accurately described on other sites.

Bought two items that didnt work. Couodnt function as intended. Nothing like picture, took forever to come. Tenth of the soze pictured on the advert. When i tried to get a refund they would just email me back sayong have a gd day without actually answering any questions. AVOID

I don't normally do reviews online but as this company has no intention of publishing mine on their website I've made an exception.
Firstly I was duped into ordering this as it was showing a .uk address.
However, the item was dispatched from China - maybe Hong Kong and took 18 days to arrive.
The picture depicting the item has been doctored to make it look as if the item was about half the height of a toddler but when it arrived it measured 8.5 inches - about 22cms high.
It comes without batteries which adds to the expense.
The toy is very loud and there is no volume control present. I had to stick some tape over the speaker holes to quieten it to an acceptable level, The only saving grace was that the item actually worked although for how long it will do so I'm not so sure.
This toy was supposed to have been reduced from £24.99 to £14.90 plus £2.95 postage, a total of £17.85.
The real kick in the teeth came a few days after delivery when I found the same toy at our local market for the sum of £5.
I shall certainly not be buying from this company again.

I ordered a flying fairy which turned up with broken wings and damaged packaging. The fairy looks cheap and o have asked for a refund numerous time and they are refusing to refund me. I asked for a refund and to return the item within 24 hours of receiving it. Customer service has been very u helpful and rude, offering only 20% refund.
Disgraceful company and extremely poor quality toys!!! Would never order again!!

Despite the UK heading, this company ships from overseas so beware if you want your item quickly. They quoted a lead time of 7/10 days but item arrived 4 weeks later!
Package arrived in poor condition.
I will never be using this company again and I should have looked at the reviews first before ordering.

Ordered as a Christmas present and it took nearly a month to arrive. When I emailed I got no reply. The product is also poor quality. I would not recommend this company.

Bought 3D pens and it doesn'work. Bought at end of November as read there were long delays in delivery.
Saved for Christmas present and daughter opened it and tried to use it and it was broke and wouldn't work. Emailed them boxing day and told me no refund or exchange as its been over 30 days. Argued with them but they wouldn't budge on decision. Biggest con company ever.

If there was a no stars option I would have selected it! Would NOT recommend.

Ordered a 3D Pen for Christmas for my son, the 3D pen was broken when we tried to use it, the company will not refund or replace and just keep sending me the same auto-response. Absolutely terrible company
