We partnered with AllFly to manage our external and cross-functional group travel, and the experience has been a game-changer for our team. Their Quest product is intuitive and has significantly decreased our administrative burden by allowing travelers to own their booking process. In total, we estimate that AllFly will save our team nearly 80 hours on bookings alone this year.
While the tech is great, the true shining star of AllFly is their white-glove service. Managing large group travel always comes with a few hiccups, but their support team is incredibly responsive. Whenever an issue arises, they are quick to jump in, troubleshoot, and get our travelers sorted immediately.

We recently used AllFly Quest to book an incentive trip to Mexico. The booking engine was so easy to use. Our company gave us $650 and anything over, we were able to put on our credit cards at checkout! It was so seamless and easy! Quest was like using Google Flights but with our company’s travel policy.
Honestly AllFly is one of the easiest travel platforms I’ve ever used. The 24/7 customer service was awesome and super responsive!!! Everything went smoothly from start to finish highly recommend!

Good service is hard to come by now-adays. But boy did Anna G. knock it out of the park! Was super helpful fielding multiple phone calls from me. I won a company incentive trip and my company provided travel using Allfly. It was cool because the thing I won was only up to $500 but Allfly let me split the payment at check using the company $500 and then I kicked in for the rest and went 1st class.
The booking tool is easy to use. When you have an issue, you can self service changes directly on the airline website site, which is honestly so nice!
First, I requested to cancel my flight. They never responded to my request, leaving me with no choice but to take the flight to avoid losing my money.
The situation got worse when I needed to change my return flight. I tried to rebook directly through the airline to avoid dealing with this agency again, but because Allfly managed the booking, the airline could not process the change. I was forced to go back to Allfly, who quoted me a price $200 CAD higher than the official airline website.
It is a total trap: they ignore your requests, prevent you from managing your own booking with the airline, and then price-gouge you when you're out of options. Save your money and book directly with the airline.
