EDITED-the issue was fixed. No client service, broken frame
I waited for over a month to receive my frame. It arrived a week ago, glass broken into pieces. No padding or bubble wrap was used to protect it, the frame was just in cardboard sleeves. I got in touch with the client service about it and got no response. Bye 30Euro, welcome pile of broken glass. EDITED: After some time I received a package with a glass to replace the original broken one. I really appreciate the gesture and resending the glass, therefore I’m updating the review, although please next time get in touch with the customer and inform them of your plans. I was very surprised to receive the glass as I’ve never ever received any response from the client service to the problem I brought to your attention. The frame itself is beautiful, it would be great to ship it better protected in the future.
