Looks like a kindergarten kid sewed a hoodie and put logo on it. VERY CHEESEY! Wish I would have read reviews before I ordered. I did received it in a timely manner.

I guess I should have read the reviews before the purchase. I ordered a hoody for my daughters xmas present. It said *I'm just a girl who love toothless and Stitch* The orderung abd shipping was great and the hoody fit perfectly. The issue was they forgot the T in toothless on the front and the back. No phone so I emailed them right away (actually the day I received it) since the first 4 emails and now after xmas, I have tried chatting and emailing an additional 3 times as they say to do for a return. Absolutley NO response. The policy on returns is 30 days from the day you receive the item but no one is answering and there is ni way to call. So disappointed, finally found a hoody she loves and that actually fits her and they couldn't get their own spelling right. I will know better next time and would encourage those who want to order not to.
Products quality may be good but if you need them for anything don't waste your time.

Ordered a sweater in early December hoping to wear it for “ugly Christmas” sweater day at work, but the day passed and I still hadn’t received it. I tried calling the shipper but they were unreachable. I then emailed them and received a response say it would be 5-8 more days. After 10 I emailed again, and they responded I would receive it that same day. Two more days passed (now after Christmas) and I still haven’t received it. I asked for a refund and got no reply. It’s a scam.

I ordered an item a Christmas sweater. The first three days of December are actually I believe it was the fourth and the reason that I ordered from them to begin with is because they guaranteed I would have it by December 17 which was two weeks Temu delivers faster than that so I thought OK I’ll have it by then. I don’t need it until the 19th for a Christmas party or at least for Christmas day one week later when I did not have a tracking number yet or even a confirmation, I emailed them. They emailed me back two days later telling me that my item had been shipped out that day, four or five days later when I still didn’t have a tracking number I emailed again two days after that so a total of seven days later I got another email telling me that my order was being shipped out that day still no tracking number because then I would see that they had not even processed my order yet you see they were ordering it from somewhere else probably Temu or something like that because they charged way more for it. I was willing to pay the price they were asking because the website looked reputable and nowhere did it show it was going to be shipped from another country and right on the advertisement it said arrives by 12:17. It was the whole reason I paid the price I paid. Now here we are December 22. And they’re just not answering me anymore until today. They sent me a screenshot of somebody shipping information from a foreign shipping company. That’s not even on American Google and it just arrived in the country. I may get it by January. Horrible awful company to deal with they robbed me for $60 at Christmas time I want my money back and what they don’t know is I’m going to be so petty over that $60. They’re gonna wish I never chose their website.

Well low and behold I finally got my hoodie. They sent me a pull over my order says ZIP UP HOODIE! No return anything! It looks like a knock off im in no way happy with this business at all! I want my money back and take this horrible hoodie back! The colors aren't a true red at all!!
At this rate winter will be over by the time I get what I want messing with allenshoe. Im going elswhere and I dont recommend this place at all!!

Shipping and company itself is not located where reported (3 addresses in the US but item made in and shipped from China) Item delivered is not what was advertised. Customer service email either never responded to or email bounced back. Complete fraud

I have tried reaching out several times to return an item and have heard from no one! Terrible customer service! Would really like to receive an email back with return instructions.

Buyer Beware clearly a Chinese scammer. Order and paid for product without a tentative ship date. Emailed vendor, their response was 3 days to manufacture and another 14 to ship. THEN I read the trust pilot reviews. Canceled the order and put a stop payment on my credit card. I then find out via Goldman Sachs the company charging my card is HUSKYTEE with an address in London, where there is no company by that name. Check the address they have listed on trust pilot. Clear Water Apt #? DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SCAMMER.

I loved everything about it thank you I did love everything about it until I figured out that my package was delivered somewhere in North Carolina and I do not reside there so why am I giving a good review for something that I have not received and I even have a picture of it where it was delivered

My item still isn’t here. I ordered it almost a month ago.

This company can improve by sending what they're advertising to their customers, not cheap knockoffs. Their prices are outrageous for the garbage they're actually selling. I recommend that no one ever buy anything from these scammers. They should be run out of business for their shoddy merchandise and lies.

I ordered something almost three weeks ago and it still hasn't shipped yet

I wrote this company for a refund because my package was confiscated by USPS for having counterfeit postage and they won’t deliver it. I haven’t heard back from the company yet and find this to be poor business. No one notified me. I had to find out because I tracked my order when I realized I received an email that my product had shipped weeks ago but I still hadn’t received my order. Get disappointed and feel Allen shoes accessories should make this right by at least refunding my money for the product I can not receive. Beware!

Ordered and paid for the product 3 weeks ago and still have NOT received the product nor an explanation of when i will receive it. Sent them an email got a sorry for the slow service …

The item I ordered was not as described. When I followed the instructions to start a return, I was asked to send pictures of the item. I did this and have never heard back. It has been almost two weeks since I started the return process. I feel like they are trying to get past the 30 day mark so my return can be declined. Customer service is very poor.

Horrrible fabric-not really a sweater - colors terrible. I want to rerurn it but cannot get a response as to how that is done

This was my first order. It was received timely, as pictured, and a nice fit. I can't wait to rock it!
