I made my booking the night before. It was difficult to find the meeting point, because my Internet coverage kept dropping out, but I was contacted by WhatsApp and they waited for me exactly 5 mins. The tour and the guide were absolutely fabulous. We saw so much in one full day. It was better than I expected. A place that must be visited. I highly recommend this tour.

The is a scam. There is no tour, there are no guides, there is no entry ticket! Only emails informing you that it is canceled and for an extra €320 euros you can go at a different time. After that! Nothing! They leave you hanging! The refund is a lie! And yes, they have you navigate ALL THE WAY to the meeting spot and NO ONE SHOW UP! If you see their reply below you already know you don’t want to get involved in their drama 🤦🏽‍♂️ TERRIBLE SERVICE, and a SCAM at best!

Everything was fantastic. Erik gave us a very well explanation of Hungary´s history making it very interesting and fun :)

The booking is easy.

The dinner cruise on the Vltava River in Prague is a great experience. It is 3 hours long, so that you see the sunset, and then Prague lit up at night. The boat turns around a few times at Charles Bridge so that everyone can see the bridge and castle and take pictures. The food is good, not fine dining, but good and plentiful, and it is all about the view anyway. Buy the “Chrystal” cruise so you get the glass topped boats. Pay a little extra to get a table by the window. We were there in off season (April) so the boat was not full - great because the seating is tight (would have been a bit uncomfortable at full capacity).

It was a very lovely tour. We enjoyed it. The Sightseeing was good with well placed informations about the main spots.

Well organized, Iulian -our guide- was fantastic (super kind and knowledgeable), and the driver did great, definitely recommended!

It was quite cold outside, and we were just looking for something warm and interesting to do in Prague. We decided to book this medieval dinner almost spontaneously - and it turned out to be a great decision.

The atmosphere was fantastic, the live performances were entertaining, and the food was hearty and tasty - perfect for a cold evening. Everything was well organized, and the whole experience felt very authentic and enjoyable.

We booked a guided tour to Auschwitz and after the payment they requested 63 euros extra. Very unprofessional... They say refund takes up to 14 days..lets see when this happens

You can book dates for tours on the website and will pay in advance, but shortly after the booking, they will tell you that the booked times are not available. They will offer additional dates which are 2 weeks later.

If you can book times which are obviously not available, it's a very bad system or already calculated. And they still collect you're money and refund will take up to 14 days!

I'm very disappointed with that, so I would never recommend to book here.

Our tour guide was terrific. She was very knowledgeable and congenial. The gondala ride was great! Fullfilled my desire for one.

Just got back from the Bosphorus Cruise in Istanbul — what a lovely way to spend the afternoon with the family.

The boat takes you through the heart of the city, between two continents — Asia and Europe — which alone is quite special. You cruise past grand old palaces and elegant waterfront mansions that give you a real sense of the city's layered history and wealth. The audio guide was helpful, though a bit hard to hear at times with the size of the group (quite a big one — around 100 people).

We also made a stop at a leather shop — not really my thing, but my wife found a lovely jacket at a decent price, especially with the group discount. Then we visited the Abu Ayyub al-Ansari mosque complex, which was peaceful and fascinating, especially with the historical importance of the site.

Overall, it’s about 5 hours, so a good half-day activity. Just be aware that lunch isn’t included, so bring a snack or eat beforehand. The mobile ticket system worked without a hitch. A very relaxing and informative experience — glad we did it.

I recently took the Como, Lugano & Bellagio day tour and had a great experience overall. The itinerary was well thought out — we got to see three beautiful locations across two countries in just one day, which felt like a real bonus.

There was also enough free time in each place to grab lunch or explore on your own, which I appreciated.

One small suggestion for the site: it would be helpful if the profile menu opened with a click rather than just on hover — that would make navigation easier.

I booked the Happy Hour Vespertine Seine River Walk through Alle.travel and it turned out to be one of the highlights of my Paris trip. The booking process was simple and smooth — I received all the details right after payment, including the exact meeting point and contact info.

The walk itself was beautiful — just as the sun began to set, the lights of the city slowly turned on, and Paris truly lived up to its name as the City of Light. Our guide was charming, relaxed, and shared little-known stories that made the experience feel very personal, not scripted. We stopped at scenic spots along the Seine and even had time to enjoy a drink with a view.

This wasn’t a typical "rush-through-the-sights" kind of tour — it felt more like spending an evening with a local friend who happens to know a lot about the city.

Highly recommend if you're looking for something a bit more relaxed and atmospheric. Will definitely be booking with Alle.travel again!

We were looking for tours to Auschwitz with departure included, so we could buy tickets online and avoid standing in line at the entrance. We found a suitable option on alle.travel and chose the package with lunch so we wouldn’t have to worry about it on the road. We didn’t need a guide, as we preferred to walk around and explore on our own — the guidebook was enough. We were picked up from the center of Krakow. The driver was a bit late, and we got confused at first, thinking we might have gotten the meeting point wrong, but everything turned out fine in the end. We managed to message customer support — they responded quickly, but the driver had already arrived, so the issue resolved itself.

It’s great that they respond to inquiries right away — if something had actually gone wrong, getting a fast reply would’ve been really valuable.

The tour fully met our expectations.

Good way to see the city

This was a great way to get around Paris - the bus and seine riverwalk package. The bus covered all the important sights and the river cruise provided lovely views from the water.

The meeting point was a little difficult at first to locate but when we arrived everything was well set up. The system was easy, tour booking simple, and service good overall.
