Allcarorbike Reviews 

Beware of this scam portal. They lure customers in with unrealistic low prices, but in reality, they use a subscription model to charge your card every month. I never received the item I purchased. When I requested a refund, I was met with a troubling response: they asked me to leave a five-star review on Trustpilot before they would even consider processing my refund.

Here’s an excerpt from the email I received from Allcarorbike:
"In order to continue refunding as we are making an exception to the standard policy, we kindly ask for your support by sharing your feedback on our Trustpilot page.
If it is convenient for you, it would mean a lot to me to mention my name (Diamond) in your review! Please do not use refund or cancellation when writing comments, as you understand that we are making an exception for you.

To write a review, follow these simple steps (20 seconds):

1. Click this link:

2. Select a review (4 or 5 stars are highly appreciated).

3. Write your review with my name (DIAMOND) and add highlights such as "Good service", "Problem solved" or "Great communication".

4. Submit your review via Google, Facebook, Apple or email.

This is highly unethical and manipulative. Do not trust this site.

I just don't understand how i was subscribed by just looking at a site. I am a South African pensioner and have no other income and why should i even buy products from another country when my country has the same products. That just makes me unhappy.

They removed my comment on instagram and I can only assume it was for the high level of clarity that I delivered. It's a scam and will just try and take your money don't even attempt to buy.

Scam company and fake reviews, account is not even verified - do not use! Son purchased through their instagram account and already have had 2 attempts to take further amounts off his card which we declined - STAY AWAY

Update 5th December - still no goods and still attempted to extract money which resulted in reordering of new card

Great selection of quality products at discounted prices. Service provided by Alero was excellent and handled in a timely manner.

Allcarorbike offered satisfactory service by providing refunds and resolving issues. The team, especially Ayla, showed good customer support despite some waiting time. Overall, I appreciate their efforts, though there's room for improvement.

The company has taken money from my bank on 11th Nov 2024. I was under the impression it was a Temu offer. Please refund my money! My bank has been informed and they require a code from yourselves so I can get a refund. I AM.A PENSIONER!!!
