Buyer beware

Ordered a refurbished Samsung Galaxy Z flip 6 from this company on 27/10/24. It took over a week for me to receive the phone only for me to discover it didn't actually work and it wouldn't actually power on or even charge and the charging lead wouldn't even stay in the charging socket of the phone.

I contacted the company straight away and was advised that the phone should work as it had had a new battery and charging socket fitted before it was sent out to me. The seller advised me that they would send me a reply paid label within 48 hours and issue me a refund once the phone was returned to them. The return label actually took 6 days to be emailed to me. Then the very next day the seller was emailing me saying they hadn't heard from me and had I posted the phone back to them. As I was away from home I didn't have access to a printer until the next day so printed out the label the next day and posted it back to them the day afterr that as soon as I was able to. I then emailed them to say that I had posted the phone back to them. The phone was received by them 2 days later on 15/11/24 as confirmed by Royal mail.

As of today 04/12/24 I am still waiting for my refund from this company despite me emailing them a week ago querying what was happening with my refund I have not received any acknowledgement or reply. I have emailed them again today asking for a response. I will give them till the end of the week and then I will raise a dispute with my credit card company to obtain a refund under Section 75 of the consumer credit act.

The service this company has provided is sadly lacking and now I don't have the phone I paid for and they still have my money and don't seem to want to issue me a refund.

Worryingly I've also noticed that the website is no longer functioning other than to say "Pardon our dust! We're working on something amazing — check back soon!"

My advice is to be very wary of allbargain.co.uk but if you do buy from them make sure you use a credit card!

EDIT 23/04/25
I have still not received my refund of £449.99 and no response to my emails querying when I'm going to receive my refund apart from a message via Trustpilot asking for my order details to which I immediately replied giving the order number etc but have received no subsequent reply from the company.

As I have said previously it's a case of buyer beware! My advice would be to avoid this company at all costs as in my opinion they are far from reputable or trustworthy as it doesn't take six months to issue a refund to a customer!
