The response time was so impressive
The response time was so impressive! I ordered on a holiday weekend. From the time I submitted a request till the time I ordered was probably an hour and a half. The delay was because I didn’t check my email that quick or it would’ve been 35 minutes! They gave me multiple options to choose from and it was an actual person that was responding and not an automated response. I’m so excited to receive my order!

Quick response times
Response times in changing designs was quick and easy. Pricing seemed comparable, if not slightly better than other pin sites. Would like to know if multiple teams ordered different design pins if/what a bulk discount might look like? Want to know if we coordinate better for next year if it would be worth it.
