This is a review fir my mum. She asked for her money back. They say they will give money back if she removes her review of her TRUE experience with them. (My mum is nearly 70. She paid for a phone advertised on FB. Never got the product. And later they even charged her account with 50+ EUR, claiming this was somehow a subscription.) They emailed from support@... asking to delete her review. Claiming they will refund AFTER the 1 star review is deleted.
I see other reviews saying the refund never gets issued.
Not holding my breath. Will let you know what they do ...

I went to the site after a fake Facebook add that prompted me to pay 2€ for a “package from Temu”. After I payed the site let me know that I subscribed to their subscription package. To cancel my subscription, I had to pay 6,95€. If you don’t cancel the subscription, they try to charge you about 70€ on another recurring subscription a few days later. There’s no option on site to delete your card details. There was no option to pay with apple wallet. I’m pretty sure the site is a scam. I contacted them to delete my account and their repose was laughable, in the likes of “your account will remain inactive for two weeks while we process this request”. I have cancelled the card I used to pay them and am waiting on their response.

They helped me with a situation that I had where for some reason I was linked to their subscription but I had no knowledge of this.

Continue to harass me . To REMOVE MY NEGATIVE REVIEW and I can have a refund within 5-7 days... they say I took out a membership - "A LIE" I TOOK PART IN A SCREWFIX Survey WON a free drill and had to pay all4myhobby £14.99 p&p .
I never got it. THEY DO NOT EVEN ACKNOWLEDGE THIS & IT IS A PURE SCAM.... THEY KEEP HARRASING ME TO REMOVE MY REVIEW with the "SAME" generic message. No personal communication or effort to solve this theft.

They promised me a refund after I follow their instructions. However, I still didn't get my refund.

Don't use keep cancelling yet continues to take money
