Take a bit more time for customer relations
I ordered on the website, but the site failed in the connection to iDeal. So I paid the outstanding amount via bank transfer and sent an e-mail to conform this. First they return a mail, saying I did not pay. When I sent proof of the payment, they stated I did not order anything (I included screen shots of the actual order). The payment has not been refunded.
Update: Although I never got a content-related answer to my mails, the money has since been returned. Maybe take a bit more time for actually reading mails from customers.

Never received my refund for a returned golf shirt
Never received my refund. Purchased a polo shirt but received the wrong color. Immediately returned the item and only received a refund of kr 6,07 for the kr 325 Nike polo shirt. Reached out to the company multiple times and they replied once after my third email. Never heard back from them again and never received my refund.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service. I bought a club that had the wrong grip on the description of the website. I contacted them and the customer service contacted me back two weeks after saying that they saw the mistake and thats it, no solution, no sending me the right grip and not replying me at all after that. Unacceptable

I ordered a pair of shoes
I ordered a pair of shoes, but something went wrong with the order. The money was from my account, but I had not received an order confirmation via email.
Sent some emails, unfortunately no response. Messenger, also no response. Contacted by phone and indeed received confirmation that they received the money, but not the order.
He was going to pass it on to the accounting department to deposit the money back, but several weeks later I still have no money back.
Also still no response to the multiple emails I sent in the meantime.
Too bad they don't treat their customers more correctly.
