Alixpress refund process is only available for 2 weeks anything after that you have to deal with the Seller. Most sellers on Alixpress cannot type in English and you will not get anything from them. I have tried them multiple times and enough is enough. I have closed the account and I will continue to buy from Amazon, Ebay and Temu.
