Ordered a time critical product with promise of 48 hour delivery. After 5 days I’d had no dispatch notification or delivery so chased and was assured it would be with me immanently. Stupidly I gave them the benefit of the doubt and didn’t go elsewhere.
No delivery ever came and has left me high and dry. They have now refunded me but without any apology or explanation. I’ve been totally let down and will never use them again.
