You are greeted in lovely quality surroundings with light refreshments on entrance. You are greeted by a lovely young lady on reception who welcomes you for your appointment. Alisha & Rachel are both highly qualified, akilled professional aesthetic nurses & their professionalism & knowledge puts you at ease instantly. The apt rooms are large & spacious with great bright lightning for you to see the outcome of your treatment. I have never felt rushed and there are no sales pitches for products or pushing for you to book more services. I have enquired on numerous occasions about new products they offer but have only ever been given the information & expert opinion, again with no outshines for me to buy anything or book anything. I think this is a huge positivity as a lot of places ‘go in for the hard sell’. I honestly can’t recommend Alisha aesthetic’s enough. The entire experience & quality of their location, products & services given are outstanding!

I had an appointment with Alisha recently and found the experience to be very pleasant and professional. Alisha was very personable and chatty which calms and assures you throughout the procedure. Constantly checking if everything is ok.

Really informative website and social media making booking a consultation easy. I met with Alisha who was really helpful and knowledgeable and advised sensible options. She put me at ease and I felt like she listened to what I was saying.
The atmosphere in the salon was calming and inviting.

I saw Alisha last Thursday and she was so smiley and chatty - this is why I come to this clinic as the staff are lovely, professional and caring - They care about you! This week I went back for another Co2 treatment with Rach at Alisha Louise Aesthetics, and once again the experience was 1st class.
I have been using Alisha and Rach now for over 2 yrs, having different facial treatments for skin rejuvenation, fine lines and dark (sun damage) spots.
Every experience has been top notch and it feels more like visiting friends now than going to a Aesthetics clinic.

Alisha and Rachael are professional at what they do, from the moment you walk into the salon you know you are in good hands.
I have been having cO2 laser which has made a huge difference to my skin. The co2 has reduced pigmentation, plumped up my skin and reduced fine lines giving my skin a healthy glow.

Initial messages/call and rigour in checking my history. Pre treatment Rachel explained what would happen and after treatment. Treatment great with great dialogue during it. The whole experience could not have been better! Rachel was fantastic and the treatment outcome in removing a large wart on my forehead is excellent - it came off the same evening of the treatment! Thanks Rachel!!

I had my fourth appointment last week with AL and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Even though my treatment had been discussed on previous visits, Alisha took the time to explain it all again and answered any questions or concerns I had.
