I ordered a bike on 29th October. Did not have a reply until 9day after to say that is out of stock so I’ve emailed them back to say I won’t a full refund

Absolutely disgusted , placed an order for ebike , a few days later got mail sayin they needed £169 custom charges, I decided to cancel my order, , eventually refund was showing as pending on PayPal, a few days later they cancelled my refund, I’m owed £1035 from them & costomer service seems to be non-existing, this is second time iv bought from this site & it’s Tara iv had to write this coz my first order wend smoothly, if things change I will update this review, in the meantime… AVOID

Ordered an Amazfit equator which never charged and never had a functional Bluetooth - complete waste of money.

Though.....I got scared about the customer service response...awaited for the feedback.....
Eventually, I got the package and it was great.

The order was not fulfilled as not in stock, and refund was issued eventually but then failed, so still waiting for my money back. The customer service is shocking takes days to get a response

Recently ordered a bezior bike it said it had 2 to 3 day delivery it has already been 2 days since the order was placed and we have contacted them via store message and email with no response about the delay

I have not received my order and the customer service is non-existent

I placed my order 12 days ago and I still have not received it, even though the website indicated it would be delivered in 2-3 working days when I purchased it. I have sent the company several emails but nobody answered any of them. The website shows now that the order is fulfilled.

All I know is that there has been some activity with the delivery company, but the parcel seems to be missing and nobody tells me anything.

Very disappointing experience.

Product guaranteed 2-3 working days delivery. Emailed them countless times and heard nothing back. Absolutely useless worthless company. How can you run a business with no communication? Absolutely appalling. Do not buy from this worthless piece of **** company .

Terrible experience. UPS. Are rubbish. Deliver when am at my work. Won’t give u at time , don’t do weekends don’t chap on my neighbours door. Still don’t have bike yet , having to get it delivered to my friends barber shop. Bin UPS and get a new delivery service. They are s… s… S…
