AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

This parasitical company is YourSmileDirect, but rebranded. How about you deal with your existing customers and stop trying to scam everyone?!

AVOID THESE PEOPLE

Awful, started my treatment in December 2019 and all was fine, now coming to the end of my treatment it seems my final set of aligners is purposefully off so I need refinements, took over a month to send out a kit and emails take weeks to respond to. No communication about their rebrand from yoursmiledirect/liquidation complete shambles. Don’t spend your money here there are countless others with the same offer. Can now no longer even access my treatment plan either. Save the money you may put into this and just do invisalign honestly you will be devastated by your dealings with these people.

Shocking customer service

You have taken over Your Smile Direct and not contacted your customers to explain what’s going on. This poor communication has caused a lot of worry and upset to hundreds of customers. Please reply to your emails, phone messages and social media comments.
