Paid for 4 items not received either been told address is invalid or wrong however I get parcels since 2018 at my address till now 2025 . They are unhelpful and not sending item to me and neither refunding me ask me to contact evri . However they dnt reply as dnt have any tracking info. Avoid AliExpress best is ebay if you dnt get item they refund shame

Delivery total rip off. I ordered several items a few weeks ago and got message saying they were coming and on the day I got six parcels great, but when I checked one was missing! On checking courier they said all had been delivered and showed one picture as proof! But it was just one picture I told them one was missing and was told to check with seller who then said contact courier this went on for a day or so then I made a claim for a refund with AliExpress after days of waiting I was told it had been closed and refused I tried to appeal only to be told it’s to late as it closed. Total scam be aware!!

Please be aware of the company Cotility Eu warehouse .and in general this aliexpress site are really scammers and fraudsters .we recently purchased from them a small powerbank and they scammed us by not delivering the goods properly to the specified adress in Bremen Germany .the delivery adress was to a German spedition service to our customer who is a diplomat in Africa .
They instead ask us to take the goods from a packing ware house in Bremen .they refunded us 25 euro for the deliance of the goods and the rest of the money from 168 is still by them they try to cheat by saying they dont deliver to africa etc .it was clear on the order adress that they deliver to the specific adress in Bremen .my final say watchout of the Aliexpress site and its affiliates .it is filled with Scammers !

Order never arrived, have ring dorebell and no one any where near my property for a hour either side of claimed delivery time, they make it very difficult to request a refund, after I did they refused it saying I needed to provide evidence it had not been delivered. When I click that li k it goes to a invalid page. Bunch of crooks, 1st time I used them and will be the last

Scams artists, made me spend $9 for the monthly subscription to get coupons then went to claim them but couldn’t because quote on quote AliExpress said it’s a first come first serve to millions of people joining so that was $9 down the drain 👎 definitely don’t recommend this cheap Indian site

This company is a scam first order and they could not deliver as the parcel is lost and not delivered to us but on their tracking system it shows as delivered with small parcel photo delivered somewhere else and according to our order the package should be a lot bigger cant even get refund and no help to find the pakage dont trust this compay at all bl..dy thives

AliExpress.de has insane prices and variety—but what I got was a disappointment. Wrong size, missing parts, and refund feels like pulling teeth. Use with caution—maybe don’t expect perfect.

3 times I have put orders in to different sellers the 1st clothing wrong size came no refund the 2nd a fan light twice I applied to buy and twice they asked me for a extra payment for delivery I had refund 3rd time bought a lamp they informed me it had been delivered informed them it had not arrived after following day I had email to large to send it had never left the country now waiting for a refund this will be last time I use these read reviews before parting with your money they are all same

I've been buying from Aliexpress for over 10 years and not had many problems, you just have to be careful, check feedback and use common sense. But in the last couple of months, things have changed.

For example, I ordered 700 LEDs (100 each of three colours, 200 each of two colours, they are sold in batches of 100), and I received 500 LEDs (100 of each colour). It was as if the seller didn't see that two of the colours had multiple lots ordered. On contacting AE for a refund (the seller's suggestion), they wanted me to send the 200 LEDs back which were short in quantity, but were only going to refund me for those 200 LEDs, not the missing 200. Try as I might, I could not get them to understand that the issue was the missing LEDs, not the ones I did receive. It's as if they become wilfully stupid when you try to get a refund on the missing items nowadays.

A second order from a different seller was screwed up this week. Again, I ordered 100 each of 3 different colours, but because they come in bags of 50, I ordered 2 bags of each colour, but only received one bag of each. I messaged the seller but have had no response, and the AE messaging systems has included a link saying "Please select your order you'd like to inquire about" but when you click it, it creates a blank tab because the code in that link is broken.

It seems AE is rapidly becoming a scam site (even if not entirely intentional), which is a problem for small businesses like mine which rely on it to source many unusual items.

Thieves, I just found artwork of mine taken from my Redbubble shop without my permission, how I don;t know. If they steal from me they'll steal from you. Disgusting no ethects at all.

Order received more than 2 weeks late. I ordered an air fryer and received a halogen oven instead — completely the wrong item. I immediately requested a return and refund, only to be told I must cover the return postage myself, even it is marked as eligible for free return This is outrageous, especially considering I paid £60 for delivery when placing the order.

Customer service has been utterly useless. Every response has been automated, with no genuine attempt to resolve the issue. It’s clear they’re just stalling and hoping I’ll give up. There’s zero accountability and no respect for the customer.

Frankly, they don’t even deserve one star. If I could give zero, I would.

Just now, AliExpress contacted me directly and—completely out of the blue—closed my case without issuing any refund. To make matters worse, they claimed I was “satisfied” with their resolution, despite never agreeing to anything of the sort.

Conclusion... it is a Scam! Scam! Scam!

Still waiting on a refund for a order I did not recieve due to delivery driver dumping my parcel outside my house while I was on holiday for 11 nights!

You keep decling my dispute with Klarna cause the delivery is stated delivered but maybe if you have a closer look this was not "sucsessfully delivered" to me this should never have been left out in the open outside the front of my house this could have easily been left with a neighbour or is a safe place while I was on holiday!!
Sort this out cause I'm sick ans tired of trying to sort this with you on the app it's like speaking to the dead!!!

What a mistake Ordered from Ali express. Paid for order and got confirmation order. Next day an e mail asking for much more money for delivery that was already paid for. TOTAL SCAM. Order cancelled via multiple hoops to discourage cancellation. Reviews show it’s a scam and it is. Never use again. Lesson learnt.
