My dress arrived, took forever, and is such a dark color, so different from the obviously photoshopped photo, that it was not recognizable as “green”… nothing like the photo at all.

If I got 0, I would chose it. The company is the most irresponsible company I ever purchased from. I bought 2 dresses for my daughter and I paid expedited shipping on one. the other one i follow up with them to upgrade to make sure i got both on time. They assured me not to worry and day after my multiple emails they told me that the dress would arrive late because the logistic team ignored their request. Now I am in the process to return the one i got at my own expenses since they do not cover that and the other one, i need to make sure I reject the deliver. I also will dispute the charges with my bank since the company had bad reviews everywhere, i am not comfortable now. The dress I received was a very bad quality material like from China stuffs. And they are selling like very expensive. People are getting scam by the model and photoshop they have in their website...do not get fool...do not buy dresses from them, you will remember this review

I sent back a. dress that I purchased that was never worn and they denied me my refund stating a yellow tag was removed, I never removed any tags that’s BS , this company has no num to call costumer service, they keep emailing me, that I can’t get my money back , that’s unacceptable this company is a fraud, is there anyone that can help us expose them

I am reading these reviews and I can't believe it. I've ordered many dresses from Alieva and I've lost count of the compliments that I've received. The quality is amazing. The styles are chic and timeless. I've referred numerous friends and family to Alieva who can provide the same feedback. I will encourage them to do so.

I spent $265 on a dress that came with holes and horrible sewing, I didn’t even put the dress on….when requesting a refund I was told it is outside the 2 week window so I am out of luck.

This was the worst experience I’ve ever had shopping for a dress. Before I start I do want to mention the staff was very helpful and responsive in trying to get my issue resolved. Although I still left unsatisfied. The dress is so beautiful on the model, but I can’t say the same for in person.

I had to exchange this dress not once but THREE times due to it not fitting. I’m usually a size small or 4 in literally ALL my dresses. I weigh 145lbs and I am 5’4 tall. After reading lots of reviews about the dress running small, to size up, I got a size medium which in US is like a 6. It came and it was soooo tight. I exchanged it and then got a Large which is a size 8 US and STILL it was super tight. I was like this is odd bc I’m a slim but curvy black woman who doesn’t wear anything bigger than a 4/s size.

Not to mention I needed this for a wedding and the shipping took longer than expected due to issues the company was having. When it came I expressed to get a refund since I no longer needed the dress but they told me that they couldn’t bc the dress was on sale and is non returnable. I was like how was I supposed to know as it was not clearly stated publicly as you typically find on other websites which tells you that sale items are final sale in bold red letters.

Anyways I am disappointed at this point and ask if they can please grant a money back return since it was their fault that I received an expedited item after 8 days that is usually supposed to takes 2/3 days. And to my dismay they still refunded.

At this point I am stuck with a $200(+) dress I no longer need for an event so I have no choice but to get my “correct size” that fits. Anyways I returned again and got an XL which is considered a size 10 US and finally this “fit” although not flattering to my hourglass body as it was lose in all the wrong areas.

This size 4 girl ended up fitting in a size 10 dress which is never the case with all the places I shop from. All that to say, that this is NOT designed for black bodies or curvy girls at all!!! Even after having the dress fit, I now have to get it tailored. So I spent soooo much money for a dress that I will end up having to spend additional income to have it custom for my body type. This is just the worst experience I’ve EVERRRR had.

CHEMICALS!!!! WOWWWWW it smelled so bad people were gagging when we opened the box. I do not know what they use for chemicals but it is NOT safe or healthy. Also no slip to return and no response from Customer Service. DO NOT buy from them. They also have fake reviews on their webite

Do not do it. Their customer service is awful. I never received my dress and when I contacted Alieva about it, Yan basically told me that there was nothing that they could do for me. I am out of $170. I would give them no stars if I could.

I ordered 3 dresses, 3 separate times and ALL 3 had to be returned. Items run super small and one was defective. The store offers store credit however after all these mishaps, who wants to continue ordering from them? Definitely shop at your own risk but note, the only reviews posted on their actual website are the positive reviews but clearly they are not a great company when there are other reviewing sites stating otherwise. Lesson learned definitely and I will ensure to spread the word so nobody else

I also had a bad experience with this company. They only give you a store credit. They are scammers and take your money. This is such bull. In today’s world where people are struggling they are taking advantage of people’s money. DO NOT BUY from them if you are expecting your money back if you don’t like something. They won’t give you. A full refund.

Bought a swinsuit for 135.00 . They have policy return 14 days only. I tried and like it , but 1st day I went to use the mesh on the babysuit made a hole. Very fragil. Still with yellow tag. Never used. But passed 14 days . I have babysiuit with mesh for over 5 years and mesh is intact. Alieva didnt want to exchange ! Expensive clothes with bad quality. Never buy again!

DO NOT buy any of their clothing quality is CHEAP and the size is irregular in fit and their clothes are not worth the asking price. They DO NOT give back your MONEY. They are thief about keeping your money and offering you a gift card so you can buy their cheap clothing don't be fooled my the style!!!

Items run very small. The company refuse to give me a refund only a store credit. Do not shop with them.

I bought a dress (actually two of the same dresses) to see whether the small or x-small would be better for a wedding I will be attending. I had to be out of town to care for someone and missed my 30 day return date. Now that I have seen the bad reviews it makes a great deal of sense to me. Their customer service is not what I had hoped. It seems I am in a large group of people feeling the same. They don't seem to care. I would not buy from them again.

I ordered a dress that was supposed to be on sale for 169.00. When I received my order it was a bunch of cheap TShirts. Nothing that they advertise on their site. I am beyond pissed. When you call the number the display it's fraudulent. Beware! I don't have money to waste. That dress was supposed to be for my wedding renewal.

They have good products , but cant get in contact with them to return. I emailed the next day i received my white jumpsuit. It says 24 hours they will get in contact with you , its been a week. To me bad company. I should have read the reviews. I will never buy again from them. Stay away. Karma will get them. You cant treat customers this way.

Very bad experience. I ordered a dress and a necklace online for an upcoming wedding. I paid express shipping and I checked to see if it was a final sale. On the website said only sale. The dress did not fit properly and the fabric was bad. The necklace was nothing like in the picture and very cheap material. My return was for second day. First you need to e mail for a return slip. Then they e mailed me saying that the dress was final sale and I will have store credit. Very disappointed.
