Ordered a 50 pound mystery box and it was alright but they don't go very far over the minimum value

Been buying alien magic for several months now. Always good products. If you see their videos using snow foam ask what ratio they use for that thickness. If you dilute more it’s going to be thinner!

Customer service is excellent products are great and the prices compared with other brands are also great

Robert & Co. at Alien Magic have outstanding Customer Service, great delivery times and a fantastic product range.

Their products never disappoint and you can expect all of them to be better than average performers. I haven't used every single product in their range but I would say Mystique, Intense and Wrath are brilliant products, and a contender for the top products on the market.

I know a large number of people who've tried Alien Magic and none of them won't use them again, all of them continue to purchase from Alien Magic.

Now into the 4th year using alien magic products and they just keep getting better and better
The attitude is always uping the game
Creating outstanding quality products
That give unbelievable results with very little effort making them cost effective and great value for money
The delivery even in the current situation is next level

Having used many other companies over nearing on 20 years, tried and tested in what's a big world for detailing there's no one better than Alien Magic.
Having tried a couple of products a few years ago and was impressed with not only the quality but their pricing and quick service I turned to Alien Magic for my business requirements. And only use their products for everything now, for my customers who know what quality they are receiving and I know I'm using the best there is.
But it's not just for detailers or business owners, for the so called weekend warrior there's an array of products that not only give you good results everytime but the company itself is there to help and guide you along the way.
For this I feel 5 stars isn't enough, as its hard to find a company who are there for the people.

As a Pro Detailer I have moved to Alien Magic for all my detailing needs.

The low product quantities needed to achieve better results than other brands mean I can achieve great results with reduced overheads.

Innovation and testing along with their friendly Facebook and Instagram presence means that advice is always at hand.

Excellent customer service and rapid postage allow me to order in products at short notice, something which is essential in 2020/21 when many retail premises are closed.

The range is always expanding and developing which along with continuous improvement of existing products keeps my business 1 step ahead of those affiliated with less proactive brands.

All in all a well deserved 5 stars from all at Aldetailing.

Having placed several orders over the past 6 months or so, I have to say customer service has not faltered in this period even with the pandemic. All items arrived with in 48 hours tightly packaged safe and secure so big thumbs up there. Items purchased were the autumn kit which has 5 items (4 for car care and 5 lts of screenwash) I think was extremely good value and very impressed with all the products I've used. The winter kit again a multiple item bundle, and the Blu snow foam. Lastly I just bought the foam cannon and damn, that thing is built to last with added bonus of some free sample yellow snow foam (although this was limited) once the weather breaks i will get full use of. Would I use these guys again? yes definitely as everything I've bought has impressed me, its been well packaged and delivered quickly, what more could you want. They cater for the weekend enthusiast like me and also sell bulk for the pros, to be honest if I had the space I would buy it in bulk and save a few quid.lol

First found alien magic a few years back on ebay and from day 1 the service and the products have been out of this world, the products last such a long time and are to such an amazingly high quality that it is now the only product I will use and I recommend it to all my family and friends.

Always willing to offer advice and knowledge on product and best ways to use them.
As for the product themselves theres no exception on quality they set the bar for outstanding quality, price, user friendly and durability!

The report any review that isn't 5* so beware. The product is not as advertised and if you ask about it on their group they will block you, despite video and picture evidence. Not only is the product diabolical compared to advertisment the customer service process is atrocious. Had to get refunded only for them to claim on here we scammed them sending water back.. yet all evidence logged and refund received. Please beware

One of the products was a repeat order and on the quality of that I ordered two others...all arrived on time really well packaged in easy to recycle packaging..if they are half as good as the first one I will be very happy.

Gamma and Purple haze they're joy to watch I was a witness of using them on a car I could seat and watch for hours absolutely revolution in snoaw department from Alien Magic well done to you again 🙏🙏👍👍thick and durable on a vehicle it was left for a while on it and after blast off car look like brand new no stain no marks just bang on
