I'm a platinum customer, not stupid! I bought a lot, before it was possible to count aliexpress now it is impossible and it does not solve the problems, I bought a spotify account (it never worked and they stole my € 8.99!) I bought an adapter for taps or I arrived with part in plastic, while it was written that it is all in metal I have sent many complaints no solution I have re-lost my money now I am afraid to buy seeing that I am no longer protected I have always had respect in this shop they do not towards me

I buy a lot from AliExpress (68 orders) for at least 5 jears and never had any trouble. When it not arrived or was wrong i always recieved a refund within days. I have ordered boots in the past, but they did send the wrong size. Two times this happend and i did get a refund both times and i could keep the wrong boots!

Dont buy in aliexpress they should protect the client and not the seller i hace to reciece all most 200 euros ppl stop buying feom china or aliexpress they are bad reallllly bad in costumer support they dont even care about your goods only about the money close your account to they also get closed shut the aliexpress site down of the network

I have several times told myself that I will never again buy anything at AE and made a mistake again. I can say that their customer support concept is very bad and not customer oriented. You always have to wait a lot for your money to be refunded in case of problems and it needs a lot of effort, even if the case is crystal clear. And they are not getting better. Sellers are reckless and behave as they wish. They can cancel your order or not ship it if they want any time they want and there is no sanctions for them. Don't recommend buying there, be very careful. Also, 15 days warranty after receival confirmation is a joke, think about that before paying!!!

This site is nothing more than an online flea market. All of the items are of lower quality, are generally inexpensive and made in China. The items can take a very long time to arrive as well (think months).

The big problem with this site, and hence the one star rating, is that the owners do not care if you get your merchandise once they get your money.

I had two items never arrive. They kept telling me I had to wait to open a dispute. What they did was basically make me wait out PayPal’s refund window so I couldn’t get my money back. After that time passed they stopped all communication with me.

Never again will I give my money to these overseas thieves.

When you buy from Alieexpress you must be prepared that your item will not arrive. Never purchase expensive items. There is virtually no customer service and certainly no genuine assistance when your item does not arrive.

I'm not sure that my soldering tool is genuine, because it misses essential mark-up JCD 908S 80W. Unbranded tool seems like a little problem, but if you need a new iron tip or want to change the cartridge you won't know the serial number for that. The iron soldering tool looks like JCD 908 S 80w, but you can't be certain of that. The tweezer also misses mark-up esd 15. They didn't print/put any instruction for that tool. Paper based warranty is important.
Timing is important; for instance, how fast a solder tool would reach a specific temperature is important. There is no manual / instruction or specification, no warranty for the solder iron. I tried to solder only couple of times, but it seems... it SEEMS like the tool doesn't transfer enough heat to the tip, so i have to pick up the alloy with the solder iron (310C) and touch the wire to cover it with alloy. Ideally, you don't need to pick-up the alloy with your tool. It should melting itself without much effort from your side. I'm inexperienced user, may be i need a third hand tool to hold the wire and put the alloy closer to the tip. I can't say whether the tips in this kit have enough weight, but you definitely can grab an alloy with them.
Very often i can't publish my comments due to the server side issues at Aliexpress end. The undeniable truth is that sometimes Aliexpress doesn't allow customers to contact sellers. They have got serious regulations, so you can't be sure if your message delivered or not, especially if you want to buy a mining equipment.
Now you can read an honest review about multimeter NJTY T 21d. It looks like they removed some none crucial parts of the multimeter from the backside.
Second issue is the millivolts measurement. I didn't measure anything and it literally detected a voltage in the air in the range of 0.0015 - 0.0045 millivolts. It is flying back and forth. And i don't know whether it is faulty multimeter or charges from the wires inside of my flat.
Measurement of a 3 volts battery is in the range of 3.0005 - 3.0009 volts. It is probably correct.
I took very tiny resistor and try to measure it. I didn't know how to measure resistors first, eventually i got a result of 330 ohms resistance.
Buzzer test or continuity test is fine. I've heard the beep when i touched testers and it passes other tests. Working bulbs showed me 46ohms resistance. Diode test of hdd pcb was in the range of 1-1.3 volts.
The diode test was performed. And i got 1.8 volts ; the diode actually emitted the light.
The solder iron reached 140 C literally in a moment. I think it took less than a minute or so may be even half a minute to get this temperature.
The soldering paste /rosin paste doesn't look like a fluid flux or paste, indeed it was rocky and hard. The seller didn't say whether he sent just joint stuff (solder) or removal alloy as well. 60/40 alloy is not the best alloy. The stripper wire looks like a toy, but with enough effort it will make the job. I would prefer to get some other type of flux. Rosin paste is a standard for electrical works, but i'd like to make a choice / it should be optional.
The holder of a solder iron in this kit is very inconvenient, because the solder iron (the tool itself) is heavier than a holder. I have to put a wrench or something heavy in order to keep the balance, otherwise the holder for the iron solder loses its balance.

Summary: presumably the seller sells unbranded soldering iron tool that looks like JCD 908S 80W with automatic NJTY T 21d multimeter. Note that i'm just a beginner. And the kit probably deserves better rate, but once again i think it is a better option to order the holder, alloy and the wire stripper separately.

Ordered replacement laptop battery, got late 2 times and misplaced. To get a refund almost had to hire a private investigator to find the vendor.
Also similar experiences with other orders.
Talking to seller, and to find proper info about the shippment is almost impossible.

Have bought several times from there, almost always a bad experience, the photos of the products are basically scams and not representative of what arrives (bezeless tablets that in reality have more bezel than an iPad 2). Gotten several defective products that weren't refunded, and sellers drag out your requests for refunds until the time expires. Shipping is deplorable, usually arrives months after estimated ETA with no option for refunds. Cherry on the cake? Sellers can't speak English better than a horse.

I bought a new microscope on aliexpress and the one that came to me was a product with marks of use and defect of the factory on one of the axes. I promptly complained, and the seller, always acting in bad faith, took me to the last one, and now asks me to send to China, an order purchased from Spain. Shipping to the buyer, for something that never reached compliance. Worst of all is AlieExpress support, which has never defended the customer's interests. Too bad, I don't recommend it.

more that 100 orders to slovakia. delivery time 3-6 weeks. rarely the package was lost and arrives after two months. refund works! never had a problem. but you have to carefully pick up the product and the seller. I most often choose product according to the number of orders and also reviews.

The lack of integrity of Aliexpress store owners in the Aliexpress Marketplace is a direct reflection of the type of people Aliexpress allows to sell in their marketplace. I purchased the LED Night Light 3D Print Moon Lamp Rechargeable Color Change Lamp for my granchild, for Christmas 2020. Like most I ordered early to allow for shipping time. I receive the lamp 15 days before Christmas, wrapped it up put it under the tree. Christmas morning the lamp remote would not work and I could not turn off the lamp, it just kept flashing colors until it finally died. We charged it over night and in the morning 12/26 the lamp was dead only showing a slight purple color then that went out. Aliexpress only allows 15 days for disputes from the time the order is received. Therefore, when I contacted the seller on Christmas Day via email they did not respond, then I attempted to contact them by starting a dispute the next day, 12/26 which is when I learned the dispute period had passed. I contacted Aliexpress customer support who agreed that the circumstances of the 15 day dispute period should have exceptions during the holidays. They assured me they would contact the seller and tell them to refund sell price money. Aliexpress customer service sent me a copy of the emails they sent to the seller requesting my refund. The seller responded asking for a video showing how the Globe was inoperable. I sent the video showing how the Globe was inoperable. When I did not receive a response I contacted Aliexpress Customer Service again, who reiterated their agreement that I should receive a refund and that they would again contact and request that the seller refund my money. It has been almost 30 days and I have not received a response from the seller, Aliexpress and no refund.

I placed an order for modelling nippers with whom I believed to be a reputable company (their products are quoted favorably in modelling circles). Their on line store sells through AliExpress. My credit card was debited for €32,56 to Aliexpress Luxembourg, but I didn't receive a confirmation email, and my order history didn't show the order. A week has passed, and my order history still shows nothing. I've tried contacting the sellers, but they're not replying. So I've tried contacting AliExpress, but all they do is send you on a merry go round of FAQ pages. Guess I've been conned, and I should have known better...there must be a reason for so many negative reviews of this site.

They actually don’t deserve any star, their trade assurance only protect the seller not the buyer. I guess they have to protect their people.

I ordered a product, it was never delivered. Somehow aliexpress chatbots claims it have been delivered, When I check with the tracking website, I can see that it has not been delivered. The chatbot tells me to get information from the postal service and get back. I have all the documentation I need to prove that the thing is in fact not delivered. but there is no way to submit this documentation.

Furthermore it is impossible to open a dispute since it have been more than 15days after the item was flagged as delivered.

"Try contact the seller", isn't helpful I have contacted the seller 3 months ago and now again, I do not get any response.
