They are scammers. Same as the other dudes.. i bought inflatable sofa, 6 months it’s not delivered and no answers. They said they got issue about stock or smth to send my order. The day will comeback for them.

Ordered a coffee machine and never received it.
Sent emails and they claim it was delivered.

If I could give a zero star I would.
I ordered a product that caught. Was sent the order and contact details and the purchase went through on my credit card. After a few weeks I followed up on the delivery status and I was updated mby email that on their end they delivered. Then when I opened a disput, emails back stated the dispute is still in processing.
Do not buy any thing from this fake company on any link, through any platform. I hope all individuals connected to this fraudulent scam pay back every cent and more on all levels in life.

I have ordered a product and they did not deliver. they provided a fake delivery tracking. absolutely scammers.

I placed an order (ZHD3593) with this company back in early June. It’s now July, and I still have not received my items. The tracking number they provided stopped working, and the package is nowhere to be found. Their website falsely says the order was delivered, but nothing ever arrived.

I reached out multiple times via email for support. After several attempts, I finally got one generic, unhelpful reply saying, "The package is in your region, don’t worry, it will be delivered soon." That was weeks ago—and since then, radio silence. No response to follow-ups. No update. No resolution. It’s like they vanished.

Their so-called “customer service” (service@funiskel and service@assurward) is completely unresponsive. The message on their order confirmation even claimed they'd reply within 24 hours—what a joke. I’ve emailed multiple times and been completely ignored.

I’ve since filed a dispute with my bank to recover my money. This whole experience has been frustrating and a complete waste of time.

⚠️ Avoid this company at all costs. You might never get your product, and once they have your money, you’re on your own.

I ordered my item 2 months ago and now no one knows where my order is. Im retired so Im home all day. Got a text saying it was delivered but it wasn't. Usually they take a picture of it being delivered. But nothing. At this point I'll just take a refund. Will make sure no one orders from you in the future. Shame a company can't standby it customers.

I made a purchase on June 2, 2025. I received an email saying all shipments will be delayed. I emailed and got no response as of June 12th. I wasn't sent tracking Information- just email confirmation that they received their payment.

Definitely a scam. Brought an item about 3 months ago and never received anything but fake shipping information to prolong the process giving the customer less chance for a refund or notice that the site is fake.

Please do not buy! I got scammed for sure. Just like Ninopixtv their website is now down, no way to contact them. The "fake" delivery company doesn't respond either and now we're out $200. Facebook and instagram should bear some responsibility for allowing these ads on their sites without checking legitimacy. These people are class A scammers.
