WITH LIVESCOPE BUNDLE GLS 10 LVS34GT56”for $323. 1-unit. Isaac said with shipping cost I need to pay $405. He said he doesn’t take Credit Cards but will take Zelle So I paid $405. After I paid that amount he wanted $200. for customs. So I paid again using Zelle again another $200. Now he wants another $100. more for door step delivery. All along they keep saying that my item has shipped. I will get in 1 or 2 days. I feel like I am being scammed! I also found out that he sent me off Alibaba website to do all this transactions. I did not realize that he was tricking me to go off Alibaba‘s website.
I paid the 100 using Zelle and then he blocked me. I could no longer see anything anywhere. It was the end, no shipping no routing numbers the shipping routing numbers that he did send me earlier in this scam was not even legit. They are good at what they do scamming no telling how many people.

Anyone had dealings with Wooddi Trading LLD on Alibaba ?

By the price and the way they want payment I think it’s a SCAM I would appreciate any help before I make a big mistake also the quoted delivery time frame 5/7 days for 2 off Royal Alloy Scooters from USA to UK @ 195USD each is not realistic a fantastic price but not believable

alibaba-inc must be one of the worst companies out there, they own at least several websites where they cheat their customers.

Such a loss of money, they didn't delivered my parcel carefully, when i got received my parcel it was broken. Such a shameful act from well-known marketplace.

If I can put Zero I would..I got Scammed offine a payment for 350 to MARGO WORLDWIDE GROUP on Alibaba.i reported the scammers and I been in escalation for over a week ..I feel sick to my stomach that I didmt research this before shopping there .. ALIBABA and 1 one their 40 thieves stole my money and never sent me my order .. giving me a fake tracking number to a fake tracking site .. asking for 200 dollars more .. buyers of ALIBABA..RUN AWAY AS FAST as you can ..I sent reports email report..a lot of info ..and MARGO WORLDWIDE GROUP still have the store there label trust pass and gold star ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐.. Don't ever spend any money on this site, it is nothing but scam artist all over. They claim to be a legit business and everything seems cheap and easy to access.
Beware. If you purchase something, you have thrown your money away. You will never see a product and the help they have on the site is upright terrible. You are talking to a robot. If you don't ask the right question, it will not help you.
STAY away from ALIBABA and any affiliated business of theirs.

❌ SCAM Seller on Alibaba – Xian Triumph Tech Co., Ltd.

I paid €4,300 to Xian Triumph Tech Co., Ltd. on Alibaba for a professional beauty machine. What I received was one defective device that does not work and has nothing to do with the product they advertised.

The seller altered the listing and order details after shipment to avoid responsibility. They refused to issue a refund and kept offering fake technical “support” to avoid the issue.

I have provided full proof: photos, videos, screenshots, and invoices to Alibaba’s Buyer Protection. This case is under dispute, and I will not stop escalating until I receive a full refund.

I ordered from Jinhua Wangyuan Packaging Products Co., Ltd. ( Zhejiang, China) — they claim to specialize in polymailers and custom packaging. I specifically ordered 2.7 mil thick shipping bags, because the seller themselves told me that’s what I needed.

What I received was clearly thinner, not what I paid for, and completely unusable for my business. The bags would tear during normal use.

I submitted everything Alibaba asked for:

Videos comparing the weight of the bags to a previous correct order

Screenshots where the seller admitted the bags were thinner

The original confirmed spec showing 2.7 mil

A full explanation of why the thinner bags are not acceptable for my use

Despite all of that, Alibaba sided with the seller, who gave no evidence at all. They told me:

“The product has defects, but it may not have reached the level of a full refund.”

So they agree the product is wrong — but because the seller says it’s "still usable," I was told I don’t deserve a refund? That’s not protection. That’s nonsense.

Then they claimed I “didn’t respond in time” to a refund offer. That is false. I did respond, and I clearly said I would not accept a $200 refund for a large, incorrect order. Instead of continuing the conversation, they closed the case and gave me nothing.

I was passed from department to department. No one held the seller accountable. The burden of proof was entirely on me, even though the seller admitted fault and I provided evidence — they did not.

I filed a chargeback through my credit card, and that’s the only reason I’m getting justice. Alibaba's Trade Assurance failed me completely.

⚠️ Warning to buyers:
Do not trust Alibaba to protect you. If you're going to buy, use a credit card so you can file a chargeback. Better yet, cut out Alibaba completely and deal directly with suppliers — at least then you’re not paying a middleman who won’t stand by you.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH ALIBABA AND UPS. Both are unreliable. I never received my package, UPS claims the address is wrong, but instead of calling me or taking the package to a UPS collection center, they take it back to Germany. ALIBABA refuses to ship it back to me, even though I want to pay for the shipping again. Both ALIBABA and UPS refuse to refund me, blocking the process at the source. I will never buy anything from ALIBABAs again, nor will I ship with UPS.

We purchased medical equipment from Hebei Forever Beauty Laser Technology Development Co., Ltd. via Alibaba.
The device was non-functional from the first day. The seller offered to send a replacement lamp, even though our certified engineer confirmed the problem was system-related and much deeper. The seller ignored this and simply delayed responses to run out the dispute window.

Despite clear technical evidence and repeated warnings, Alibaba support completely ignored our side, claimed the protection period had expired, and closed the case in the seller’s favor.
Now the seller has disappeared, we are left with a dead machine — and no support whatsoever.

We have submitted complaints to Trustly, the receiving bank, and European consumer protection authorities.
This is not just a bad experience — this is a case of Alibaba enabling fraudulent behavior by covering for its dishonest suppliers.

Bottom line:
If you believe Alibaba is a safe B2B platform — think again.
There is no real buyer protection.
Once you pay, you’re completely at the mercy of the seller. And Alibaba? They walk away.

Avoid Hebei Forever Beauty Laser. And think twice before trusting Alibaba at all.

It's a scam. I ordered goods and paid a lot in shipping costs. They send a non-existent Tracking number. They charge more on the credit card than the order amount, and they charge undeclared tax for goods that are not sent at all. My goods were paid for in mid-February and have not been sent yet.
Order a Mount 61 USD. Credit card 164 USD.

Now they say half of it is out of stock, but they have charged for the entire order, and doubled the tax and shipping costs. My order still hasn't shipped. Really bad recommendation.

Poor aftercare.

Bought products, 3 out of 10 were faulty within 2 weeks of buying. Supplier declined me returning the whole order.

Escalate to numerous people at alibaba they did nothing.

Sellers told me to wait till after 28days and he will refund and now ignores messages now outside of 28days. Alibaba have the proof but dont care

I purchased two small excavators from Shanghai Qianzhi Trading from China last year which has turned bad. I put an RFQ request out through the AliBarba platform and got a lot of responses with Shanghai offering one of the best solutions for the extra equipment I requested. The condition I stipulated was that everything went through the AliBarba platform so I would be covered with Trade Assurance guarantee so I paid the 30% deposit as per AliBarba rules but Shanghai kept stalling the delivery date so I contacted AliBarba and Shanghai then provided the shipping information which I paid the final payment.When I received the machines they were not clean so I had to pay extra fees for MPI to have this done so I could receive them.On receiving them they were in a sad state as they were not restrained in the container and they had a lot of damage to panels,wiring which may have shorted out in transit or may have been like it before they were sent. The extras requested were missing parts and the extra piping and valving were missing with the hosing just pushed inside the belly plates making it looking like they were installed to the machines in the photos. The machines that I received looked nothing like the ones that I received prior to the purchasing and I tried to discuss this with Shanghai’s management but was then blocked from contacting them so I lodged a dispute with AliBarba and after months of waiting for an answer I was informed that they would not go any further with this due to myself not providing enough evidence which is a false statement as I submitted everything I had including the RFQ request stating everything was to go through the AliBarba platform for Trade Assurance.They did state that they would not close the file in case I have new evidence which I have sent to them showing that this company is a repeat offender and one of these other companies that has been caught out like I have been has also contacted AliBarba also.Shanghai Qianzhi is still sourcing sales through the AliBarba site which I mentioned to AliBarba but nothing has been done about this so I now would like to warn other people to be very careful of what you purchase from AliBarba as they are not prepared to stand by you if it turns bad. I have purchased from a lot of legit companies in China and they are not all bad so companies like Shanghai Qianzhi need to be brought out in to the public attention and be shut down as obviously AliBarba don’t care about how bad they really are.

Biggest scammer platform - Alibaba and aliexpress, bought are supporting scammers by its customer service. and forget about warranty for items You bought.

Purchased an item online for about $200 and they never shipped the item to me and they would not refund my money. I am still trying to resolve this 3 months later and have still not received the merchandise I paid for or a refund. You have been warned.

Protection by trade assurance gives you almost no help. Disputes are run indirectly through Alibaba and nearly impossible to contact trade assurance directly and this is deliberately maintained to prevent refunds
