Hi I wanted to provide feedback on the level of service received.

Tone of communication was quiet dismissive and the delays really added to the frustration as no one getting back to my request. I made numerous attempts for viewings. To make things simple do what you are requested to do!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Retraining standards will be be a must for the team.

Amazing company with a great team of agents

This law firm is completely careless and unprofessional. I handed in an important document for an appeal one month ago — they didn’t process it at all. When I went to get it back, they spent hours just trying to find it, and by the time they did, the appeal deadline had already passed. Now I’m forced to go to court because of their failure. Their lack of responsibility caused serious consequences. Avoid at all costs!

I dealt with one particular person. He was rude, obnoxious and sounded like he could not be bothered. I have never come across someone so unprofessional. They charge an absolute fortune for doing nothing. Do not use AVOID!!!
This person’s email to me was so ridiculous, to say I was their customer… it certainly did not feel that way. I had to email them back saying I was not happy with their choice of words. I can’t stress how unprofessional this person was.

I wanted to spend a moment to big up the team at Ali and Co for all of their help in supporting my mum through a difficult time and a tough move.

The whole team have shown incredible professionalism, empathy and such a hands on, tailor made approach that has really helped make this move as hassle free and slick as it possibly could be. I must also say a huge special mention to Suzanne who has truly gone above and beyond in this respect; thank you!

DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Communication is minimal and slow. staff don't have a clue always having to 'get back to you' and then not doing so. Transactions slow... PPW being lost.. not great. Money hungry only! no efforts with customer service at all very blunt and rude!

A very professional and caring team. Jak and Karolina made everything as simple as possible and despite the sale being a very frustrating and long winded one they never gave up and constantly chased the various parties until the sale was complete. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough. Everyone in the office was a pleasure to talk to.

ALI & Co are very recommended. They sorted out the sale of my aunts house and kept me up to date frequently. Very friendly and professional. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

5 stars for Jak and the whole team.

Avoid! They made us loose thousands pounds for solicitors and left us with no house. Their clients had criminal background cases jak insisted everything was good and pushed us to start paperwork!! Twice changed solicitors as they asked but at the end property had too many issues. Do not trust a word they say, they are just behind the money.

Ali & Co Property is excellent Letting company.

I brought my 2nd investment with Ali & Co. Despite the lack of communication and delays in paperwork and completion I was happy with the new build. They did however have some blips along the way as they forgot about the 3 month inspection…
