Emirhan did an excellent job organising everything for us. He’s very efficient with patients, and his professionalism and friendly personality truly stand out.

I really appreciate how supportive and helpful he has been throughout the process. It made our experience much easier and more comfortable, and I’m very grateful

I recently had my zirconia crowns done at Aliadent, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience.

From the very beginning, Gary, my patient representative in the UK, made the whole process so easy. We started my consultation via WhatsApp, and he was extremely helpful, informative, and reassuring, which gave me the confidence to go ahead.

Thank you to Dr. Elman Kaleagasi he was absolutely amazing. So calm, professional, and reassuring throughout the entire process. He made me feel at ease and confident every step of the way.

A big thank you as well to my guest relations officers, Emirhan and Dermet, who were incredibly supportive and attentive from start to finish. They were always there to guide me and answer any questions I had.

Special thanks to Mr Hussein too he was so kind, helpful, and genuinely supportive, making sure everything went smoothly for me. Especially when my stay was extended, I was really taken care of, which meant a lot and made the whole experience even more comfortable.

Overall, the care, professionalism, and aftercare I received were outstanding. I truly felt looked after every step of the way. I would highly recommend Aliadent to anyone considering dental treatment abroad.

I recently had a full mouth dental implant procedure at AliaDent on 2026 and I am incredibly happy with the results. The team was professional, attentive, and caring from the first consultation to the final fitting. A special thank you to Miss Pinar, Dr Elmen and Miss Mona who was able take on this difficult task with professionalism and expertise. The clinic staff were very polite and welcoming, clinic itself is modern, and they made me feel very comfortable throughout the process.

Very professional service everybody is so good and they are always asking us about what we need. I am so happy with doctors, and patient relation coordinator emirhan, he was so happy and energetic. He is always helping us. Thank you for everything, keep going on like this.

We chose Aliadent after an open day in the UK where we found all information given very informative and very reassuring, meeting face to face with the patient co-ordinator and dentist. I chose to have a full mouth of crowns and my mother is having a full mouth restoration, bone grafts, sinus implants and jaw implants with full mouth of teeth on a second visit. From that moment the whole process was simple and fuss free. I travelled with my mother to Istanbul and we was collected from the airport and taken to our hotel. The hotel was nice but as two women on our own we did feel a little bit isolated away from the main areas. This did ground us and we only stayed in the hotel room for a week, which was a bit boring. We had B&B but the breakfast options were not good so we never ate there. We luckily took food so we could eat in our room and the hotel did offer to get us food delivered. We addressed this with the team and they took it all on board and assured us that we will be able to stay in a different hotel on our return visit. We were taken to and from our appointments every day by friendly drivers. The clinic staff were all very friendly and made us feel very calm and safe. They explained everything in detail and answered all our questions. I especially want to thank my doctor, Elman, he was such a perfectionist and spent a lot of time on my final teeth, making sure they were just right. He advised me of style and colour and got it spot on. I am thrilled! Also, a big thank you to Demet, she looked after us and explained everything in detail. She addressed our concerns and kept us calm. One concern she helped with was that my mother and I were supposed to have our treatments in separate clinics on the same day and we didnt want to be spilt up and travel about on our own and Demet changed it all for us and kept us together. We were able to be with each other all the time. This meant so much to us. Everyone was so lovely and I cannot thank everyone enough xx

Mona at Aliadent was incredibly caring and supportive. She made the whole experience so much easier—I truly don’t think I could’ve done it without her. So grateful ❤️

My experience with Alia Dent was a huge disappointment. I made a big mistake trusting the owner Ali Akbıçak and the surgeon Ahmet Bayrakçıoğlu, and I am not satisfied at all. There was not enough detailed information given about the implant treatment, the procedures, and the total costs before the treatment. Also, the pros and cons of the treatment should have been fully explained both before and after the procedure, but no information was provided simply, I was told you will get used to it.

Some of the issues discussed at the beginning progressed differently during the process, which created serious doubts about trust. In my opinion, the main priority in healthcare should not be making money, but patient health and correct treatment.

I especially recommend that people coming from abroad consult at least two or three other specialists and discuss all details clearly before making a decision.
Even one star is too much for Alia Dent. I definitely do not recommend it.

Fantastic crew and great support from everyone especially from Mona she helped a lot.

I know how that sounds, trust me. I had a cleaning and check up. The chair had a massage function,weirdly awesome. They gave me these cool sunglasses so the light wasnt blinding. 🙂The hygienist put on this ambient/chill music playlist and just worked quietly, telling me what she was doing in a soft voice. It was so methodical and calm that I almost dozed off. At one point she found a potential spot to watch and the dentist came in, looked, and said "nothing urgent, just keep an eye on it at your next visit in 6 months." No pressure, no upselling. I walked out feeling like I'd had a mini spa treatment, not a dental appointment. My shoulders werent up by my ears. Never thought I'd say a dentist was relaxing, but here I am saying it.

Alright, this is long but if youre researching like I was, you need details. I flew from London to Istanbul solo for 3 implants. Was I terrified? Yes. The internet is full of horror stories. But AliAdent's coordinator, Maya, answered like 100 of my emails before I even booked my flight. When I arrived, the driver was there, the clinic was modern but not intimidating. The consultation was an HOUR long. dr elman drew diagrams, showed me models, answered my "what if" questions. The day of surgery, I was a wreck. But the anesthetist was joking with me, and next thing I knew I was waking up. Recovery room with a blanket, someone checking my vitals constantly. The pain after was...manageable. Like, I took the meds and watched Netflix. The critical bit? I wish the dietary advice for the first week was a bit more detailed i lived on soup but got bored fast. Maybe a recipe sheet would help. BUT, that's my only tiny critique. 😁 The follow up calls, the check ups, the fact the dentist gave me his WhatsApp for emergencies...it felt like a partnership. Now, 6 months later, I have my permanent teeth. They feel rock solid. I eat apples. I smile in photos without thinking. Was it a leap of faith? Absolutely. Was it worth it? For the quality, care, and price, without a doubt. I'd do it again, just pack more soup varieties.

From "omg this pain" to "wait, its over?" A whole journey
I have to write this because last week I was in literal tears from a throbbing tooth, googling emergency clinics at 2am. I called aliadent first thing crying and the lady on the phone was so calm and got me in that afternoon. I walked in a mess, braced for the worst pain imaginable. The waiting area was quiet and smelt nice not like chemicals which was a surprise. The dentist took one look and knew what it was an absess he said. He explained it super clearly, showed me the xray and said he could drain it and start a root canal right then to stop the pain. I was so scared but he was so patient. AND HE WAS RIGHT. The moment he gave the local anesthetic the relief started, and the procedure itself was...weirdly fine? I felt pressure but zero pain. He kept talking me through it. Afterwards, the agony that had taken over my life was just GONE. I almost cried again from relief. They gave me printed instructions and a number to call anytime. This wasn't just a fix; it felt like being rescued. If you have severe pain, dont wait, just go here. 👏

My experience in Aliadent was amazing and I had a wonderful welcome. Dr Elmen and Zayneb done a Great job on my teeth and I'm very happy about my results. Ceren, juliet was very friendly and helpful ❤️❤️

Dont trust them all I know is they manage all these reviews,they deleted the bad comments,this site name is TRUSTpilot ,i dont TRUST this site and this company

i was nervous before arriving but the warm welcome and kind words helped a lot right
when i stepped in someone greeted me with a smile and that broke some of the tension the
waiting area had magazines soft music and it didnt feel like a typical cold clinic the dentist then
explained the treatment in simple words and kept checking if i was fine the whole way treatment
went much better than i expected no pain no rushing and i felt like i was actually being listened
to after the treatment they gave me written aftercare steps and later on someone from the team
called to ask if i was doing okay that support really made me feel like i was more than just
another patient it was realy caring .

cant believe im saying this but i actualy enjoyed going to the dentist 😅i was nervous
at first but the receptionist smiled and made me feel welcome, then the dental assistant cracked
a joke and I started to relax. The dentist was patient, explained things in a simple way, and kept
asking if I was okay during the treatment. I didn’t feel any pain, which was a huge relief. What
made it even better was how they called me the next day to see if I was fine. That little follow-up
showed me they truly care. For once in my life, I walked out of a dentist office with a smile on
my face and no fear about going back 😅

i dreaded the whole thing thinking id be in pain but nope not at all. the process was
smooth and clear, and mr ahmett was amazing through every step he kept reassuring me while
his team stayed in touch even after the procedure. they called me two days later just to see how
i was feeling which honestly felt very special. by the fourth day i was already eating normally
again and later that week i could bite into food like nothing happend. i never expected to have
this kind of profeshionalism mixed with real kindness from a dental clinic but mr ahmet and his
team delivered exactly that no pain no stress just results and care… how can i say thank you :)

I walked in terrified my tooth would hurt badly, but the procedure was painless. The
dentist explained every step. Afterward, I was sore only for a few days. Now I can eat crunchy
food again with no problem.

From the front desk to the dentist every single person made me feel comfortable 😊 I
even got offered coffee while waiting they checked in days after

My experience was very good and I really enjoyed the reception; they were very kind and the receptionists were wonderful. And the doctor was very professional, thank you very much.
