Ordered a camera part on November 11 and paid for fast shipping, it is now December 30th and still no sign of it and no communication from ALGOGO....Do not waist your money or time on something that is never going to come...Going to request refund from Paypal

Cheating and deception.

I bought a motherboard from the site here, in the belief that as it says on the page that the product is tested 100%. I receive the goods after I had both paid taxes and transportation and waited nearly 3 weeks before I received the goods. I tried the motherboard but it does not turn on. I contacted the seller, and here is the case that we have had running on paypal:

My CPU is intel Q9550 LGA775 and memory DDR3 1333 MHZ.

The computer turns on just fine but nothing happens.....all the hardware that i have works fine because the only thing that i have changed is the old motherboard

I have handed in my computer in a computer store.

They will test all the hardware, then I will be 100% sure that it is your motherboard that is failing.

When I get an answer from the store, i will write here what they have found out.

Would the keyboard light (num lock) is on/off if pressing after bootup?

would you clean up the memory slot and try only 1 pcs of memory?

Also try to reset the bios by jumper shorting

I have already done that. The computer don't want to boot at all it only turns on and the screen is black. I am sure that the computer store will find the problem, and then we take it from there. You will hear from me very soon

I talked to the technician from the store today, and they say that the motherboard is the problem. they have tested the CPU, RAM and GPU Card, and the motherboard is the problem.

i would like my money back thank you.

on your website you say that the team is tested/works 100%, if it was tested 100% why didnt it work here or in the computere store ?

can you tell us your CPU and memory model used for the board?

you can clear the bios by jumper , insert 1 pcs of memory. Make sure there is no rust of dust between the contact point.

Now i am trying to get my money back for the transport.

I have tried to get the money back for the transport, but without any luck.

Waited 3 weeks for my replacement camera LCD screen to arrive from Hong Kong then found out that it did not come with the backlight as n the picture and description. Without the backlight, the LCD panel is useless on its own.

I want to return the screen for a full refund, but without authorisation from Algogo.com I can't return it.

Communication with algogo.com was poor at best and they seem to call themselves buying-sources.com.
The contact us page on the Algogo.com does not work at all.

Avoid buying from this company.
