Only one time the package got lost on the way but it was very easy to contact customer service. I got an answer really fast and the problem was solved within a short time.

Found a new go-to jewelry site!
Placed my first order and was not disappointed! The quality of the jewelry was very decent and despite having to return one pair of earrings due to some minor scratches. The customer service was very quick to answer and helped process my return immediately (I’m talking minutes). The refund was issued as soon as the item arrived at their warehouse.
