Absolutely the worst of the worst companies still waiting nearly a year on and nothing for my shirt for £50 apparently it’s on its way. If you want to throw your money away well this is the company you’re looking for. How are they allowed to promote themselves on instagram and else where after all the terrible reviews

SCAM do not buy from. Ordered a ralph Lauren jacket on Facebook, never received.

“RALPH LAUREN JACKET” in black is what i ordered and i got some Brown fake jacket and the quality is DOG SH##

Scam company. I have not received my order and when emailing them the response back doesn’t answer the question I asked. I Charged back costs via credit card company. Do not use this company as it’s a complete con.

So gutted to have wasted my money. I bought a Ralph Lauren jacket as a gift for my husband and it is utterly rubbish quality! No communication, website now seems to have disappeared off the face of the earth. How can I get a refund! Feel so stupid having ordered from them

I feel such an idiot for buying from these. It’s nothing like the picture and clearly fake. At least the charity shop will get a new jacket

Ordered a "Ralph Lauren" Jacket. A jacket did arrive 3 weeks later that was clearly a fake nothing like the picture. Do not engage with this company, they're criminals. Also "Alex Jones London" is In fact based in China. Really wish I had done my due diligence before ordering, I stupidly trusted an advert on Facebook. I've reported them as they refuse to refund my money.

Don't waste your time or money. Like many others, I was suckered into buying from what appeared to be a professional website. I purchased what was supposed to be a Ralph Lauren jacket. I waited over a month for it to turn up, and when it finally did, following several false shipping records, what I received was clearly counterfeit. When I challenged them about the quality and authenticity of the product and requested a refund, I was told I would have to pay the shipping costs in order to return the jacket to their warehouse in China. I am currently in the process of extracting my refund via American Express.

Still waiting for order from over 3 weeks ago. Total scam of a company!!! Generic email sent saying it is stuck in transit, will be another 2-3 days!!!
Transit details indicate no parcel has left china.
Do not order from this company!

This company is a scam. I have received fake products - a Ralph Lauren Jacket. Have put a claim through on my credit card so hopefully will get the money back via them. Advice to anyone in similar situation, speak to your credit card company and raise a dispute if you have received fake / counterfeit products.

Fake and incorrect items sent, no offer of a refund unless I pay to ship the incorrect items back to China. This goes against their return policy on their website

It all appears to be a scam

My husband brought a jacket from their website. Received a terrible quality, obviously fake item which doesn’t even look like what he ordered. He has asked for a refund but seeing the other reviews on here that’s not going to happen!

Ordered a jacket over 3 weeks ago. No sign of it and repeatedly told it will be 2 or 3 days… no sign of it. I have asked for refund and unsurprisingly communication has suddenly ceased. My experience appears common with other reviews and it appears I have been scammed. Do NOT use this company.

Bought a jacket they sent me the wrong one so to get a refund I have to send it back to China ar my own expense. So this won't happen cost me a fortune to send it back.

This is a scam company all clothes are fakes and poor ones as well. Avoid at all costs

Ordered a jacket from this company thinking they were based in England but the goods are supplied from china and they are of very bad quality fake I would say they will not give me a full refund and they are not prepared to pay for a return of goods this was my responsibility, I have sent them yet another message but they are now ignoring me this type of trading needs to stop especially that they are advertising via Face book please don’t use this company .
