Highly recommend Alex Hall!

Alex is a fantastic coach! He is a great listener and really understands women especially those in perimenopause, menopause and post menopause. He gives great advice and is your biggest cheerleader. He creates a unique plan just for you and your needs. He is also very open minded and doesn't judge you if you have not stuck to the plan. I thought working with him would just be about weight loss but it covers all aspects of mental health, physical health and well-being.

A coach who will give his all to guide you through menopause.

I have been working with Alex for around 6 months. I had been following his videos on Instagram for a while before having a free introductory call with him.
I was in a bad place physically and mentally and in the full throws of perimenopause and all the symptoms that come along with it.
The most refreshing thing about Alex as a health coach is that he actually listens! He doesn’t give you orders or do this, don’t do that. He sees it as a collaborative process and everything was tailored specifically for me and my goals.
The strength sessions are great, and the recipes and tools within the app really help keeping everything aligned.
One of the most valuable things for me was the weekly check-in. Alex has this wonderful ability to feedback constructively and really give you a boost for the week ahead.
He is so knowledgeable not only in coaching women in this stage of life but he also has unbelievable empathy too.
I had a lot of challenges in my personal life, and Alex’s support was unwavering and so appreciated.
This is not a “diet” or a quick fix. It’s a lifestyle change for a stronger, healthier life.
I can’t thank Alex enough for all he does.
