I had a very good experience. James was really good in his attitude. He made me feel calm when I was very anxious. James took time to understand the situation I was in. He was very patient with me.. He kept on ringing me at different times to make sure that I am okay until the end of the journey. Financially low but the company helped me to get the flight.

We have had the most awful experience with Alexa Travel who deceived us into buying airline upgrades which Qatar airlines does not provide. It has taken us 18 months of aggravation and hours of wasted time on phone calls with Alexa Travel. They repeatedly promised a partial refund which has never happened despite continual empty promises that they would resolve the matter. We have finally been reimbursed by our credit card company by invoking Section 75 of the consumer credit act 1974. Do NOT use Alexa Travel.
