I have made several purchases over a couple of years. I am happy with all my purchases. I mainly buy shirts and tops and love the fabrics. Prompt shipping is a plus. I have done a couple of returns/ exchanges and have found the process to be easy to navigate.

Such amazing basics!! I purchased the salty denim jeans and a couple of their tshirts and the quality is amazing. The jeans were super soft and fit like a glove even after washing them. I followed the reviews suggestion and bought my regular size, I was unsure whether to size up to allow more hip space but there is actually plenty of allowance! The tees are very comfy and airy too. I packed them both on my trip to Sydney and didn’t overheat with all the walking around. Shipping was also super quick I got my items within 3 days after ordering. Would recommend, I’m definitely going to buy the other colours!

The website is easy to browse, I love how the clothes are effortlessly cool. And the shipping was surprisingly fast! I was initially confused about what size to buy, but after reading the descriptions and using the online tool, I sized down on a few items and sized up on a pant as recommended to me, and they all fit perfectly!

Excellent experience! I bought a few outfits for my trip to Europe and love everything that I bought. I had to exchange a dress as I purchased the wrong size by mistake and it was so easy! I called customer service and they were so friendly and helpful and guided me through the process. I will definitely be buying for Alexandra again.

Very disappointing experience.
I was overcharged $14.95 on my order and contacted customer service multiple times. Responses were extremely slow, and my concerns were mostly ignored.
I returned two T-shirts for a full refund (unused, with tags, following all instructions) and one item for exchange. Instead of issuing the refund I clearly requested, the company unilaterally sent a gift card, without my consent.
Forcing store credit when a customer has requested a refund — especially after an overcharge — is unprofessional and unacceptable. This is not how customer service should operate.
I am still waiting for:
My full refund
The overcharged amount
My exchange item to be processed
I would not recommend this brand due to poor communication, delayed responses, and unfair refund practices.

Terrible customer service, they keep forwarding my email query onto a bogus Alexandra team email.....I thought I could smell a rat...I purchased a MACADAM Blazer and found that it didn't have a Back Vent at the back of the blazer as advertised and just wanted them to acknowledge I had received a faulty item...so disappointed with the non-responsiveness of this so-called Australian label

Do not buy from this company. It is a scam. I bought an article from them which was massive, (I had used their size guide). I went through the return for refund process. I posted the parcel back through track and trace. The status of the postage was delivered and received by them but I did not get the refund back.

Horrible quality, got jeans from them, Could not even return them! Was ignored by them, 2 buttons were supposed to be on right and left side so one of them is on the hip and not at the frilont ,the zip is done in a horrible way, absolute disgrace. Dont buy from them!!!!

On 17 Nov 24 I preordered a dress - no email to advise when the dress would arrive. I sent multiple emails to ask for an update and initially only got an automatic responses saying if my email was to do with go to the Returns Centre. I eventually got a response from a human saying they were waiting for order fulfilment.
The dress arrived on 6 December, however, it was too big and I arranged to return the dress and sent the dress back to Alexandra on 10 Dec 24 - it was unworn and with tags and packing in tact. Aust Post Tracking advised that the dress was delivered and received by Alexandra on 13 Dec 24. As of 3 January 25 I have still not received my exchanged dress.
I emailed Alexandra again saying just refund me and, again, got the auto email response. I emailed again and said if my dress hasn't been sent I would like a refund. They promptly responded saying the dress had been received and they were starting the 'return process' and I couldn't be refunded. I am still waiting for any advice that my dress has been dispatched??? How long does it take to put a dress in the post?
They have my money and my dress and I have nothing!
I would not recommend purchasing from this company unless you can go into the store and try things on, you don't want to go through the return process. (However, it appears they no longer have a bricks and mortar storefront - it has closed down.) On second thoughts, maybe just don't purchase from Alexandra.

I bought a faux fur jacket from Alexandra Australia at full price and paid through Afterpay. Alexandra's website gives an indication whether the particular article runs small true to size etc. it said the jacket was true to size so I went ahead and bought a medium ( I am an average size 12) but when I received it it was quite a slim fit and even though I would probably never button it up I would have liked the option. It had also stretched, somewhat, out of shape and didn't sit properly where the hooks ran down the front of the jacket. I requested a return and refund but I received an email a few days later to say my request had been denied as I had paid through Afterpay and they don't refund Afterpay. I have returned items to other companies where I have paid through Afterpay and the money has been returned to my Afterpay account the following day. It is apparently Alexandra's policy to not give refunds to Afterpay and it is in their Terms and Conditions, but honestly who reads them!! So, buyer beware, if you're paying with Afterpay make sure you read the T&C's of the company you're buying from. I returned the jacket for a store credit ($329.00) and can't find a thing on their website that I would purchase. I fail to understand why a business would treat their customers with such disdain. Even though it's not Afterpay's fault I've decided not to use them again and I will NEVER purchase from Alexandra Australia.

Got two coats on boxing day and customer service was really helpful with tracking info and sent my order quickly.
However, only one of the items arrived - in the wrong size - and when I asked for the second item they promptly replied it would be shipped asap. They also asked for a photo of the wrong sizing they sent for internal purposed and apologised for the mistake. So far so good.
But since Monday - when I was told, again, my order would be posted the next day - they are no longer giving me updates nor posted my second item. Since they only have an email to be contacted, I have been completely left in the dark.
