As discussed during our telephone conversation and follow-up email, it appears that your order was delivered to a different address and postcode from the details provided on your order.
I have escalated this matter to our courier service and our Operations Manager so we can investigate how this occurred.
In the meantime, a replacement order has been processed and should arrive within the next couple of working days.
