Do NOT honour warranty policy

Do NOT honour warranty policy
Absolutely appalled by Alexander McQueen — a brand that markets itself as “luxury” yet delivers shockingly poor quality products and fails to take responsibility when those products prove defective. Charging premium prices means nothing when the craftsmanship does not last and customer loyalty is met with dismissive, unacceptable aftercare. A true luxury house stands behind its products and honours its warranty policies. McQueen has completely failed on both quality and integrity.

Terrible quality and very bad customer…

Terrible quality and very bad customer service.
They claim to give a 2 year warrenty, the sole started to come away from my trainers so I sent in pictures and details to their team (well within the warranty period) and they replied that I must have been taking them off without untying the laces! As if I'd do this with a £600 pair of trainers. I confirmed that was not the case and they said they were 'closing the case'.
Absolutely awful service for such money. any other brand would replace.

I would give this company no stars if possible!

I’m absolutely disgusted with this company, I brought a pair of Alexander Mcqueens for £400+ from flannels.
I had them 2 months before they started to get abit dirty so I thought I’d put them on a gentle wash in the washing machine just to freshen them up!
I opened up my washing machine to see that the shoes was literally in half!
On the website it is stated that they are ABLE to go in the washing machine. Not only was the shoes in half all the stitching around the back had come away and the writing all come off.
I then contacted Flannels (where I purchased the shoes from) and Alexander Mcqueens direct about this issues as I wanted to make them aware of how poorly made their products are and I wanted a refund having only wore them a few times. For the price I paid I was absolutely disgusted to get a reply from Alexander Mcqueen to say that they ain’t going to give me a refund and there’s nothing more they can do so not to reply to the email again and if I want to take this further I can.
How come I can pay £100 for a pair of Nike shoes and wash them several times and there find but wash my expensive shoes and they fall apart!
Honestly save you money and don’t even bother purchasing!
Lesson learnt.

Extremely Disappointing Customer Service from Alexander McQueen

I am deeply disappointed with the customer service provided by Alexander McQueen. As a loyal customer, I expected a level of professionalism and fairness that is fitting for a luxury brand, but my recent experience has been nothing short of a nightmare.

I ordered a pair of sneakers in the wrong size. After trying them on once inside my apartment, I promptly returned them in their original packaging. Despite following all return guidelines, my refund was denied with the baseless claim that the shoes were “worn.” This is simply not true.

They claimed a “second review” of the return but failed to provide any meaningful explanation or evidence to support their decision. Instead of addressing my detailed concerns, they repeatedly sent generic emails, ignoring the facts I presented. No one bothered to reach out via phone, even though I requested it multiple times.

I have successfully returned items before in the same condition without issue, showing I am a responsible and honest customer. However, this time, they completely dismissed my concerns.

The lack of accountability and dismissive attitude from their customer service team is appalling. They seem more interested in avoiding refunds than resolving genuine customer concerns. This is unacceptable for a brand that prides itself on luxury and high standards.

I will be pursuing legal action if my refund is not processed promptly. I strongly advise anyone considering shopping with Alexander McQueen to think twice, especially if you expect fair treatment and reliable customer support.

Avoid this brand unless you want to risk being treated with complete disregard.

Serious Quality Issue Ignored by Alexander McQueen Customer Support

We purchased a pair of Alexander McQueen shoes from France and have been experiencing a serious issue with them. Every time the shoes are worn, the dye from the inner part stains the feet and various areas of the shoes. I reported this issue to customer service and requested a solution. However, they informed me that they would only repair the stained areas and return the shoes. This is absolutely not a permanent solution, as the same problem will occur again when the shoes are worn.

What makes this situation even worse is that we live in Turkey, and if this issue recurs, we will be expected to send the shoes back to France for repair every time. This process is neither practical nor acceptable. It is evident that this product is defective and should be replaced rather than repaired.

Moreover, my experience with customer service has been extremely disappointing. Despite reporting this significant issue, they failed to read my message properly and instead sent me an irrelevant response referencing an entirely different request I had made previously. They claimed there was nothing they could do, showing a clear lack of attention and care. This demonstrates that customer service does not take customer concerns seriously and responds with dismissive, generic answers.

It is shocking to see such an unprofessional and indifferent approach from a brand like Alexander McQueen. This defective product must be replaced, and the lack of proper customer support addressed. This situation reflects poorly on the brand’s reputation and commitment to customer satisfaction.

Very poor customer service

Very poor customer service. I purchased a pair of AM0431S sunglasses late 2023 from the Australian online store. I owned the glasses for approximately 8-10 weeks before the screw for the left arm fell out.

After trying to source the screw locally I contacted AM direct on 20/01/2024. 6 months later and multiple attempts at contacting them I still have a $780 pair of sunglasses that I am unable to wear.

Buy Stella McCartney as these are terrible!!!

I bought a pair of trainers, £300. They are without doubt the most uncomfortable pair of trainers I've ever had. The stitching is heavy on the inside which pulls your socks down and the eyelet at the front on both feet is heavily stitched. It almost feels as though there is plastic at the point where the trainer naturally folds which impresses so uncomfortably on my feet ive had blisters. Honestly, never again. I've persevered for several weeks but they arent improving. Tried customer service, but thats pointless too. Poor poor quality, awful waste of money. Never again.

Never ever again

Never ever again
My son saved up all his money to buy a pair of Alexander McQueen sneakers. He did a good job convincing us why they were worth such a ridiculous price.

First half year he only wore them at special occasions and last 6 months more frequently as in maybe twice a week.

Couple of weeks ago I noticed that they actually looked awful and were basically falling apart.

When reaching back out to the store, adding pictures the response was painful. Basically it was nothing strange and to be expected when wearing shoes and also due to the maintenance.

When taking the shoes to our shoemaker he noticed the bad quality and even a layer of paper in the soles.

Seriously a sneaker pair bought in Gambia on the market last longer. They must be joking.

They should be ashamed charging over €500,- and not taking ownership when things go wrong.

Never ever again

The worst brand ever met! I bought a pair of shoes in Bruxelles for more than 500€ and even if I used less they broke in more parts where the laces pass. Their Customer care used drop and draw messages to answer as to other clients: it dipenda by the dresser who did not take care of them ! I checked a fake of the same showed which are perfect even if used every day for a long time: fake have better quality than the original. I kept invoice and prive of these facts and I am going to organize a class action and the biggest group against this false brand and designed which work to fraude clients making full the waste!

I have never written a bad review in my…

I have never written a bad review in my life, but this house deserves it.

I bought sneakers a month ago and not the front part of the sneakers bent, there were waves in the place where the toes come, and the only reason for this is that they put a very thin layer under the insoles and then after a couple of hours of wearing the sneakers, waves and sneakers appear they start to blister you.

I sent the sneakers to the store in Rinascente in Milan, and they forwarded to their Atelier.
That lasted for sure 2 weeks, from the shop to the atelier, and from Croatia to Milan 2 days.

They informed me after 20 days that the Atelier decided that everything was fine with the sneakers and that they would send them back to me.

Right now I'm waiting for them to deliver the sneakers, which I'll probably throw in the trash.

Be ashamed and embarrassed.

Unprofessional employees

Inappropriate, uneducated customer service in the store. Merchandise is all overpriced. Nasty employees. Check Amagansett Press on YouTube for their "MILLIONAIRE MELTDOWN - KAREN GETS OWNED BEVERLY HILLS !!" video. A video is worth 1,000,000 words. Simply disgraceful conduct.

TERRIBLE QUALITY AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Bought my first pair of Alexander McQueen‘s last year, even bought a second pair to keep at my home in Florida, and was very disappointed in their customer service.

Not only did this particular material dirty quickly, but when we tried various professional cleaning methods, including those from legitimate shoe and sneaker cleaning brands, the shoes continued to discolor, and the heel padding started to omit black stain.

Customer service would not support any help in this matter.

Recommend to buy your sneakers and shoes from other luxury brands.

Awful build quality

Awful build quality, expect your £400 shoes to squeak very badly to the point they are not usable with a year. When you ask for help expect to be ignored, passed around and dumped by the wayside. They are quick to take you money, terrible to help their customers. This has been going on for months now...Never will I buy anything from them again, waste of money.

Ridicolo

Hi I called customer service and told me they don't know anything about what's going on with my return! You sent me an oversize 42 that does not describe me well, pack it and send it back after 1 day so new you tell me that the check has not passed without knowing the reason. Did I pay 450 euros for nothing? Please contact me immediately today I will go to the postal police for scam as the shoes supplied by you were returned exactly new after a day and I have never walked in them.
