I absolutely love the designs and customer service
I absolutely love this designer - both designs and customer service! When I gifted a signet ring for my partner for Christmas - I had originally seen another similar ring at Illum in CPH and when the store attendant showed me this other ring in a booklet, the designer Alexander himself hand delivered it to Illum so that I could get it in time for my flight back to Kenya where we live. It quickly became my partner's favorite ring to wear, so when the stone accidentally fell off, he was devastated. I followed up with Alexander himself who organized another ring, size adjustment, and delivery to my sister who is coming to visit us.
This designer will be continue to be a sentimental, household brand for us :) Thank you!
