I wanted to have a broken bathroom extractor fan replaced and found Alesta via a search engine. I put in my post code and the job I wanted looked at and the web page said "Choose Alesta Services for your extractor fan replacement in xxx, and enjoy fresh air and improved ventilation in your space. Contact us today to schedule your consultation!" It also said "Our team in xxx can assess your unit and recommend the best solution." and "We supply and install high-quality extractor fans. You don’t need to worry about purchasing one—we’ll recommend the right model for your space and handle everything."

Fantastic! So I phone up to get things moving. The operator says that they don't do repairs, they clean fans as part of a cleaning package. Also, they don't operate outside of London.

Really frustrating that everyone now uses the internet to look for services but if you can't advertise your services effectively, what is the point? What a waste of time for both of us!!
