Two weeks before I had purchased this Alessandro Vasini boot in Terence harnes suede brown color from the Baggatti website, at first I tried to purchase this boot from this Alessandro website but there was no shipping option for Israel, than I messaged to the Alessandro customer and they sent me a link of this Baggati website, there I found the option of shipping to Israel, so i placed the order from there, today almost two weeks later I received the boot, talking about boot, the color was bit different, because the boot color was dark brown in the website but when i received the boot was light brown color, but I’m really happy, I received my boot on time, according to their estimate shipping time, the quality of this boot is top notch, very soft leather, I found this boot better than saint laurent Lukas boot, because I have saint laurent boot too,the boot looks damn sexy everything is perfect like zip,sole, outer leather, what I like the most of this boot is it looks damn stylish🔥🔥🔥 I wanna thanks to the Alessandro Vasini for this wonderful piece🙏🙏🙏🫶🫶🫶

The heel boots, particularly the ones for men are the very best in the market.
Very sexy silhouette and beautiful leathers and colors.
The boots are very well made and durable.
The heel is solid wood and cuoio leather, and everything is stitched together for better durability.
It is a nice artisanal craftsmanship, very rare to find nowadays.
Received my order in two weeks, shipped from Italy to the USA.
Everything was included in the price, shipping and duty, all included.
I received the order through DHL and received all notifications and status updates.
Got a few boots and, based on my personal experience, I highly recommend.

Received my boots in two weeks and love them. They had some problems but now seems to be everything is ok.

SCAM website. do not order from Alessandro Vasini wierdly also called fashion lab on here for some reason?! I never received the boots, nor a refund. No response from customer service email. I’m going to dispute with my credit card. Avoid!

Hi, I have sent 2 email to Alessandro Vasini and no reply has been provided. I ordered a pair of black boots back in March 2024 and still have NOT received them. Is 7 months acceptable to have a reply or the product delivered? No it is not. I want a refund on the $480 boots as this is not how a customer should be treated. I do not recommended to purchase from them.

I think the company went into some changes lately as most of the products are basically only made to order but they make some of the very best products in the market and hope they can get more styles and more inventory.
The jeans are really cool and the boots are a must for any boots lover.
I have a collection of boots from different luxury brands but they make by far my favorite ones. Great quality and stunning design. Please make some new styles! And really hope to see more jeans available. Most sizes are sold out!

Very sophisticated design.
I got a pair of boots made to order and they were delivered in ten days directly from Italy. I really love the boots. The product I can see is hand made and if very good quality. Outstanding manufacturing. The heel and the shape of the boots is very well balanced and the leather is beautiful. I don’t think they keep any stock and they also subject to availability, I was able to get my pair and will possibly get some other colors.
Hope they can add more versions to the collection.

Just received the Juan boots in black calfskin. Made to order. Beautiful! Perfect heel and really nice shape. The leather is to die for. Very nice. I find the boots comfortable and stylish.
Although it was clear they were made to order I received them in just under two weeks with DHL, directly from Italy. Everything was received in a very nice box and two spacious dust bags. The boots are really of excellent manufacture. I can see is a truly handmade product. The heel is very nice and sturdy. It is all cuoio leather, very solid. I feel like handing a genuine product that come from the old times when everything was made by hands but still the design I have to say is very sophisticated. I am very happy with the purchase. I think the company went through some problems recently after seeing some other comments but my experience was really good so I believe they are getting back in track with order and things. Although all boots I believe can be only made to order as they do not keep much inventory. Overall perfect experience and beautiful products. I highly recommend. I will be probably ordering another color soon.

Just received my order in about a week.
I was concerned because I saw some reviews about big delays and shipping issues but I really like the boots and wanted to take a chance.
Happy I did it. I received the order in a week. Really fast in my case. The boots are incredible! Very well made and super sexy design. The best boots ever. Period.

And the price is actually very good considering that other luxury brands sell at almost double their price.
I don’t care what the other reviews say, I think they might come from competitors because everything was perfect and they responded promptly to all my communications.

fraud ajacent, order not delivered for a year
the brand has taken more than a year to deliver somehting and the customer support acts like its somehow my fault.
customer support is horrible and doesnt answer messages, when they do they are not helpful.
they wont issue a refund, nor even respond to court orders.

The denim collection is very cool, I have different flare jeans and a pair of boots.
Last order for the jeans actually arrived very quick.
Only thing most sizes are out of stock.
Please get some more of the wide leg jeans!

I got different items but the boots in particular are really incredible.
The Janis boots are insane!
I think they have been through some problems recently but seems like they are gradually getting back to normal although not sure if they keep much inventory anymore.
My last pair of boots was definitely made to order but I received the boots in almost three weeks.
I am ok with that and the boots are always beautiful.
Got two pairs of Juan and one Janis for men which is the higher heel and are now my favorite.
I want all the colors now!
Size for the boots is for me the same as my YSL boots.
I also have a leather jacket which is very sexy and leather looks very rich.
The fit on the jacket is a bit tight but i still got my usual size because I like the slim fit.
Overall I am happy with my experience although I wish they could offer faster delivery. Thank you.

I was advised the boots were being made to order and got a shipping information after about a week with a tracking number so that I could check the status of the shipment. The boots arrived in less than two weeks from Italy and I am very pleased with the fit, look and quality.
