This is a review for the Norway branch…

This is a review for the Norway branch of Aleris. I had a Wednesday appointment for a prescription renewal, and was promised it’d be in the system and available to pharmacies by Friday - ahead of me going abroad on Stays. Went to the pharmacy today (Saturday) and found that Aleris hadn’t issued my prescription. The only way to get in touch with them on the weekend is by way of their chat and that costs 390 kr. I used the chat service and was put through to Maj Elin who needs 20 minutes to write one nonsensical response, after which she will end the chat before the patient has a chance to speak. I ended up booking a total of five chat appointments, but got Maj Elin every time and she just loves to be useless and rude.
