Where do I even begin? Andrea operates on a completely different level. From the first message, it was obvious I was dealing with a business owner who actually cares — not just about the sale, but about getting it right. Questions answered fast, details double-checked, and extra effort thrown in without me even asking. The double shoulder I ordered, Black Pueblo, as gangster as Andrea!

And the shipping? Unreal. I’ve had slower Amazon Prime deliveries. I barely finished tracking the order before it was at my door.

If confidence, professionalism, and execution were a crime, Andrea would be running the whole operation. Top-tier service, lightning-fast delivery, and someone who listens and delivers every single time. 10/10 — absolutely coming back for more.

I was really impressed with my recent order from A Leatherstore. Andrea was extremely helpful and the leather shoulder I received was perfect. The free splitting service is a godsend, and being able to get hold of solid brass hardware is great. Prices initially look more expensive until you realise that they include VAT, which is great because you don’t have to mess around with paying extra on arrival. I’ll be switching to A Leatherstore from my previous supplier going forward.

The owner is super helpful and their product selection is broad and of supreme quality. Every piece of leather that I've received has been completely flawless. Couldn't praise this store more, it's by far the best leather store that I've dealt with.

Aleatherstore.com has my highest recommendations. I have just received my order, and as always it is on time, securely packed and I just love the handwritten note as a personal touch.
At Aleatherstore I have bought premium tools, leathers and hardware – everything at the highest quality.

I've been working closely with Aleathersore for a few years and it's definitely the best leather sport I've worked with. The variety of leather is insane and everything they have is of supreme quality. Literally everything they sell is of premium quality for affordable prices.
The service is great for a couple of reasons. First, they offer a free splitting service which is rare. Second, they always deliver and fast and third, the owner of the shop Andrea is very responsive to shy questions, advice you need. I recommend this shop to any company, brand or hobbyist that loves leather and leather crafting.

I placed an order for 570 € of leather and goods early December and one week later I had not received any update concerning it; so I kindly contacted the shop to plan delivery, as Christmas approached and our company usually closes for the holidays. I received an answer, asking me if any splitting was required, and I answered that this was not the case. Four days later I received the parcel on Dec 23rd but the most expensive leather (Zermatt) was missing. I immediately contacted customer service asking if the Zermatt was to be sent later. They acknowledged the fact that the Zermatt was misplaced in their shops waiting for splitting and ask me to confirm the address, which I did once our company went back from Christmas holidays… To this day (mid February) I have kindly sent two reminders but those have been ignored, nor have the Zermatt been sent to me.
After I wrote an opinion in Trustpilot, I've got immediate answer, the owner apologized and sent the Zermatt and refunded it.
The store has first class products that deserve first class customer service. Hope this was just an isolated incident. I will come back and report my experience again. Thanks also to Trustpilot.

Great store with a wide range of beautiful leather customer service was on point quality control is great one of my leathers I ordered was delayed due to them not having a high enough quality cut of it which is lovely to know they care about they’re customers and the quality of they’re products the rest I got today all in great condition everything looks beautiful packaging was very thoughtful took a bit for it to get here but I’m in the USA and they’re in Europe so it makes sense but great experience over all

By far the best source for great leather and tools. I came across Andrea‘s shop as I was looking for Walpier Buttero leather and there were not many shops in Europe that had it. So I gave it a shot and was not disappointed. I have ordered multiple times since then, this has become my to-go-to. To think aleatherstore is a One-man-show is unbelieveable, Andrea must have 12 hands. Everything is allways handled and packed with the utmost care thinkable. She is proof that a small business can outclass the big ones, especially when it comes to customer service, thought and range.

I am confused with other reviews saying that the owner is fast and responsive, mention it as best leather provider and so on. I read here first before ordering forst time to be honest. But my experiences ordering from aleatherstore tell me otherwise so far.
So in my case, I ordered additional item from my initial order from their website. I even asked to make sure first, if my initial order has been packed or not. If not, I wanna add 1 more item. The owner said, still possible, and jokingly saying they are not that fast (to dispatch order). So end up, I added another item, got payment request for the additional item (the initial surely I have paid), and paid it maybe within minutes. Then 3 hours later, I got automatic notification from them saying my package was on the way. I thought "Wow, even with additional item, the shipment is fast", maybe they are kinda underpromising type. Next day I got the package (I paid extra for DHL express). Coming home from work I opened the package, but the extra item was not there, only leathers, what my initial order was. I contacted the owner and reported it, she said she forgot to update the packing order, so they missed that additional item. She said they will send it. That was wednesday. Until tuesday the following week, still no news. I sent text once again tuesday around 3 pm to ask, and no respond until wednesday night when I wrote this. It even made me doesn't even wanna open their website again now. Getting ignored while the error not from my side (they are who forgot) is kinda annoying.
In my previous (and first) order from this store also I needed to asked after nearly a week, if it was already dispatched or not. That's why I was quite reluctant to order once again from this store. Kinda slower that other store. But then they had a discount week, so I tried again. And this second order confirms my fear somehow. I am sorry to say but for me, no, not as good as what other experienced. Beside this store, I already ordered from 4 other leather suppliers in Europe, one of which even already 10+ times, that often I even placed another order even before my previous order was delivered to me (took 3 days because the distance). They always send quickly, I paid only regular DHL option. But they always send with DHL express. I am saying this to show that I have comparison and experience ordering leathers, not only from this aleatherstore. So, once again sorry to say, this aleatherstore is so far the worst among all leather stores I have experience with.
And until now I am still waiting for my missing palosanto skiver. Only God and they who know when it will arrive.
