Worst Online Purchase Ever
I bought a few articles online and they arrived after a long time, without me being notified of when they have been shipped or were being delivered. My order was sent in 2 packages. One article was missing, which I controlled on the website and it had been cancelled. Again, no communication regarding the cancellation. I wanted to return some items but one package was still "In Elaboration" nad not "Delievered". So I couldn't request the return of the item in that package. I wrote them two emails and I received no response. In the end, as the return period is limited, I decided to return only the items I could! Hoping the staff in the shop could help me. Unfortunately they didn't. They said the online shop has nothing to do with them and I'm not the first person who's having trouble with them. They told me to keep writing to them on WhatsApp until they respond. I did. They responded after one day, saying they fixed the problem. They did. The package was "Delivered" this time but I still could make the return request for the damn item! I wrote to them again and again and again... No one responded me EVER AGAIN.
In the end I had to keep the damn item.
Never risk shopping online on Alcott. Customer Service: NON-EXISTING.
