When I couldn't be strong for myself, I was for the tribe.

Due to my court‑ordered sobriety, I needed to show that I was actively participating in a sober program.
I’d met Jaiden a few years back because of the loss of our loved ones. Working remotely made it easy to self‑medicate. There were a lot of similarities between her story and mine. I could really relate. Little did we know her group that I had heard about through a mutual friend, would allow us to cross paths again.

I lost my father on January 20, 2024, and drinking to numb the pain got me in trouble with the law. July 4th was a difficult holiday for me. I wanted to drink, but instead I listened to my dad’s sermon on freedom. I did the uncomfortable, and felt every emotion....sober. If I couldn’t stay sober for myself, I could for the Alcohol Freedom Journey program participants.

Jaiden's program includes practical neuroscience techniques and couples those with what she refers to in the program as MAM. I have tried going to regular meetings in the past and have found AFJ's techniques to be far superior to other outdated meetings. I recommend her program and staying sober!

Hi Robert! Thank you so much for taking the time to review the Alcohol Freedom Journey (AFJ) program. Movement as Medicine (MAM) amongst other techniques like Second Person Self-Talk (SPST) and combining the AFJ techniques at the exact moment a craving for alcohol hits, helps to build homeostasis in the body. Your participation is integral to your recovery and you're doing a great job!

By reframing cravings and compulsive thoughts to consume alcohol - doing something completely different at that exact moment the craving hits - and repeating these techniques, it's an excellent way to simultaneously reframe the brain & redirect the body so you can rediscover lasting change and alternatives to choosing alcohol. Homeostasis is our goal and overtime, crating new and lasting change in the brain to reframe cravings via proven neuroscience, is an extremely effective treatment for alcohol use disorder and addiction.

I'm so glad the program has helped you and I'm looking forward to seeing you in community and witnessing your continued success!

Love Jaiden.

After experiencing this group during Dry in July, I have to say I have not met a more supportive, motivating person than Jaiden. Her inspirational videos and vast knowledge really draws you in and makes you want to improve yourself with the program. Do this… it will change your life!
