My order came this morning and lowest…
My order came this morning and lowest packets were totaly wet and we found Original long drink 5,5% can broken and empty. Also some of Karhu 5,3% cans were pretty bad shape. Other thing that you can improve is communication. I send a important question of my order and no one has not answered to it. I did not receive any updates of my order from Alcocentum. Only updated info came from Erliner. I updated stars for 5 because I got very good explanation in phone of what have happened so Im pleased.

Thank you for your review — and we are truly sorry to hear that one can of Original Long Drink was broken during transport, and that some Karhu cans had dents as well. It seems the parcel was handled improperly by the courier, and we apologize sincerely for this. Products should always arrive in perfect condition.
Alcocentrum will compensate all items damaged during delivery, as receiving reimbursement from the courier can be complicated and time-consuming for customers.
We also apologize for the communication issue. We replied to your email on 3.12 and again today 8.12, but both messages bounced back with an error. For this reason, we reached you by phone today and were able to discuss the matter directly.

The company itself did everything ok. But that it takes so many days to get the stuff 60 km north of Tallinn. There You should make your Logistics to work more efficiently. 2 Days shoulb be the target!

As for delivery with PostNord it usually takes about 2–3 days to their pickup point, so that’s normal in their process. We’d love it to be faster too, but unfortunately we can’t influence their timetable.
