Ordered some products on 29 March 2022 and received a confirmation email. Never received a confirmation of dispatch. Emailed after a week and have now also called four times. Each time told that I would get a call back... I didn't. Appalling lack of customer service!
Have now sought a refund from PayPal.

Terrible service placed an order on 27th March no confirmation of when the order will come contacted customer services on the number on their email TWICE AND STILL WAITING YK HEAR BACK. I HAVE PAID FOR THE GOOD AND STILL HAVE NO IDEA WHENNI WILL RECEIVE IT.
WE ARE NOW 10th APRIL !!!!!!

Ordered on 14th March and have still not received my order. Not impressed.

Ordered 2x 3 packs of Phytorelief (great product) a month ago. Three phone calls and two emails later I gave up and was refunded by PayPal. I wish they could have been frank about what problems they are having- I would have willingly waited even longer.

great products, but the order two weeks to arrive and is incomplete. They do not answer any emails, very poor service.

Received only half the quantity that I'd paid for, and still no responses to my emails. Not recommended at all, wish these products were still on Amazon so we didn't have to deal with this company

A very effective product and easy to take. The tablets have just the right consistency.

I like Flexigule Oil and find it effective, my only gripe is the container. I find it very stiff and difficult to press for application - sometimes it squirts everywhere! Does anyone else have this problem?

Placed my order 2 weeks ago….not received any confirmation e mail nor have I received my order. Sent an e mail 1 week ago….no response. Made a tel call earlier today only to be told someone would call me back …..not good service and in future would look to order elsewhere

The reason for this score is the extremely poor customer service after the item was received.

The wrong item was ordered and I phoned numerous times to ask how do I send this product back. I was told that someone would get back to me. I am still waiting for them to get in contact with me.

After waiting for days for this supposed phone call which never happened I decided to write an email to the company and like the phone calls, no one from the company had the decency to reply. So I am stuck with a product that I do not want.

I Will not be using this company in the future. Terrible customer service with this company.

PLEASE BE WARNED AND AVOID THEM AND GET THE PRODUCTS ELSEWHERE.

The product I bought - Flexiqule oil rub for joints - would not come out of the spray top. The only way to access it was to open the lid and then the oil could be tipped out but it was uncontrollable and actually was a little stinging on my hands. After emails and a phone call I was promised a call back however none came. The cost was not small (Over £18) and I am very disappointed in their service.

I discovered Phytorelief last winter, I have been using it since then. It is very effective and powerful, when I have a sore throat or start to feel sick, I take this and I definitely feel better. I guess it is supportive to immune system too, because it contains ingredients like turmeric, ginger which are good for immunity, that's why nowadays I take it more frequently for protection when I go to crowded places, use transportation, etc. I think it helps.

Easy to apply, effective and does what it claims - great product!

Still pain in knee, come out in small rash, let's see.
