Hazel is always fantastic and helpful. I have been a customer since January 26. My only criticism is the price has risen very sharply over the past few months. I think there should be a loyalty package. I am ordering 24 packages per month. Everything else, spot on.

I’ve had a look over your account, and most of your previous orders have been placed at discounted prices rather than at full RRP. We haven’t increased any product prices in three years, but over the last 18 months our costs have risen sharply: meat prices have gone up substantially, packaging has increased by around 60%, and delivery and fuel costs have also risen a great deal.
Rather than increase the RRP across all products, we made the decision to reduce the level of automatic discounts and encourage customers to support their local stockists where possible. We will still continue to run website special offers, but we’re no longer able to offer the automatic 15% discount on every item.

Poor service terrible company had a problem with delivery and they say it’s not they fault so I lost £52 . Wouldn’t recommend one bit

Thank you for your review. We’re very sorry to hear you believe the parcel was taken from your doorstep — that’s an awful situation for anyone.
DPD have provided full delivery confirmation, including GPS location and a photo showing the parcel at your front door at 10:45 on 4th September, so the order was delivered correctly. You also received a notification from DPD with your delivery time slot. If you weren’t going to be home to accept the order, you could have selected delivery to a neighbour or added a safe place instruction. As no alternative safe place was authorised, the courier completed the delivery as normal and your frozen food was delivered to your home.
If you feel the parcel was stolen, reporting it to the police can help with any insurance claim.
As a goodwill gesture, we have already confirmed that we will refund 50% of your order.

My view of the company
Always kind and helpful on the phone and email.
Food is delivered at stated time and in a good frozen state. In the hot weather delivery is delayed if they think there could be a problem with timing.
Our dogs love the food and do well on it.

Great pet food company
