All was super easy, from the order to the delivery. Took 72hs to get it into my hands. Box comes very secure inside, with all parts very protected, paper with easy instructions (almost impossible to fail the build) and then looks super good, with zero scratches the wood! Awesome! :)
If only would need to send a feedback? I would have loved to have more options on the color of the wood, however, once I put it on top of my walnut desk, despite it looks a different type of walnut color, is not disliking me at all ;)

Challenging shipment but good solution
Update: Alberenz have done all in their power to remedy the situation in very favorable terms. As such, I’ve changed my review to match that experience. For clarity, I’m leaving my old review below for other clients. But I’ll add, as soon as Alberenz became aware of my situation, they reached out both on phone and email to help find a solution. This shows great dedication to customer loyalty, which I greatly admire.

Shipment ordered in early January and I'm still waiting... I reached out to support with them saying it'll take two business days to get back, but they haven't gotten back to me.
Super dissapointed in the company experience, and it seems a shame given they have such good reviews. I'd encourage prospecting customers to look elsewhere for the time being.

Easy to use site, could be better with shipping
The site was easy to use and the free accessory offer was a welcome addition!
I do have to deduct a star due to the way the order was shipped. The packaging for the desk shelf itself was quite sturdy, but the packaging for the accessoires arrived damaged to the point where the laptop/tablet holder box was completely open on one side. If the single line of tape was not there, it would have definitely fallen out of the shipping box.
It was taped to the short side of the box, which probably caused it to be crushed in transit. Luckily the stand itself wasn’t damaged and the headphone stand that was taped under it also survived.
My advice would be to use a thicker, larger box that would have fit both accessories and taping that box on the top of the desk shelf box. That way the issue would be less likely to occur
