I really liked this app for online yoga classes. The classes were professional and I learnt from attending them. The teachers are lovely to learn from. Very few glitches and always communication if there were any issues.

Best online yoga platform I have used. Love the variety of teachers, 14 day playback is really handy and have seen a lot of improvement in mobility. Better than the usual fully on demand experience.

Monica is an excellent teacher. I love to join her classes. She is so inspirational. If she is not on live classes I go to on demand to find one of her classes.

Wonderful selection of classes and each and every one lead by thoughtful, meticulous and talented teachers. I love the accessibility of it, I can roll out of bed at 7.10am and be at a yoga class in my sitting room at 7.15am. It is so nice doing yoga from the comfort of your own home and space, you can be messy, in your PJs, it's great. Excellent value for money, making yoga accessible for everyone. I go to about 5 classes a week for the price it would cost to go to 1, at a stretch 2, classes per month ! Truly grateful for this service and cannot reccomend enough 🙏

Great variety of classes with knowledgeable instructors at different times of the day. Even better is the ability to 'catch up' on demand.

I have been practicing yoga with Alaya yoga online for several years now. I love the variety of classes and times, and also the playback option for when I cannot attend the live class. The teachers are first class. I would highly recommend Alaya yoga

Great teachers, classes and scheduling.

Very good classes you can have camera on or off so very handy. They have a good few classes in the early morning than at 10 am than 12 and another few in the afternoon so I always find time for my yoga. No excuses!! Yoga on line helped me with my back pain so I can recommend it for anyone.

I've been with Alayaa online for over 2 years. What I love most about these classes is that they are live and interactive which gives me that in person class feeling and accountability for my practice. They are also great value..creating yoga that is accessible for all.
There is a great variety of teachers and class types from yin, restorative to more energetic flow and even kundalini and classes for runners..choosing what I need when I need it. I really enjoy the breathwork and mantra as part of the classes too. Adaptations are always given and questions and feedback are offered when needed too.

I have been with Alaya for maybe coming up to a year now. I can't recommend Alaya Yoga enough. I find the variety of teachers really helpful. There's at least two of them that really suit my needs and others are fabulous too but too advanced or just not suiting me. I love the flexibility of what they offer. I can have regular live classes (which I prefer) but if I can't manage them I can choose a playback class, shorter or longer, and have the pick of all the classes. Also, in relation to Alaya, they were very helpful when I'd had an injury and had to pause my subscription for a few months-they made it really easy for me.

Excellent variety of live classes for all levels of practitioners and available in replay in case you missed it. Based out of France, no chance for me to practice in one of the studios in Cork, I enjoy for more than a year now practicing online with the Alaya Yoga team.
The instructions are clear and the team very kind and caring.
It is a great way for me to continue and deepen my personal practice after my yoga teacher graduation in 2021 with Himalaya Yoga Valley.

I use this site to do yoga at home. There are live classes as well as replays. Every day there are several classes. It's really good, it allows me to keep a practice even when I'm too busy to go to a studio in town. It's also affordable. I'm grateful for it's existence!

Fantastic yoga platform to practice anywhere, amazing teachers and each class is suited to anybody and anyone. I always feel amazing after an hour with Alaya Yoga. There are so many classes to choose from, if you miss a class they have a playback which is perfect. Highly recommend these guys for everything yoga related

I trained as a yoga teacher with Himalaya Yoga Valley, and really enjoy their teaching style. I was delighted when they started the Alaya app, as I like to be able to choose my own times to practice, as well as have a back catalogue of classes to choose from. There is great variety in terms of both styles and levels, and a lovely safe, down to earth atmosphere.

I moved to the Alaya Yoga Online after first attending Himalaya Yoga at their Ballincollig studio and then with lockdown I enjoyed the Himalaya Yoga Valley app. Alaya Yoga online offer a wonderful selection of classes ranging from beginners (me !!) to advance. I especially enjoy Anca, Lisa, Jim and Carolann's classes but all teachers are excellent - clear and concise. I cannot recommend highly enough Alaya Yoga Online. Join up fast ...

I really enjoy my yoga classes with Alaya. There is a great selection of classes to suit all levels and the teachers are excellent. I love the playback option which allows me to catch a class later if I miss it live. Highly recommend.

I am very happy with the Alaya platform. There is a great variety of classes taught by excellent teachers. Some classes are even taught by teachers in India, the home of yoga! The 7 day playback is very handy. It means I can do my favourite classes in my own time. Customer service is also excellent. Monica is always very helpful.
